Marsh and Parsons have been managing my property for several years . My current agent is Nayara, who I have to say goes above and beyond. She is extremely responsive to the tenants and to myself. Her attitude is wonderfully positive and "can do". I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Been a tenant for a few years now and the team is responsive and helpful in tackling any issues or queries - as well as open to feedback. Charlie recently helped me with a leakage issue swiftly and has been friendly and helpful in communicating

Max has been very helpful answering within 24 hrs and the issue was sorted within 48hrs. He was very responsive and reassuring.

We rented a property with the Little Venice branch of M&P and had a nightmare experience. The property manager changed hands atleast 3 times and crucial issues were never remedied. Their internal documentation and controls are extremely poor. At the end of our tenancy, the agency did not for the longest time communicate anything for the return of our deposit. After chasing them for weeks, they tried to deduct £360 from our deposit as a “cleaning fee”. They have irresponsible employees and property managers won’t respond to emails and will offer out of context / incomplete responses when he does respond. We were forced to dispute this deduction with TDS and the decision was obviously in our favour in the end.
During the end of the tenancy, we were constantly sent around in circles with M&P choosing to conveniently blame everything on the landlord. I would not recommend using them at all. If you are a landlord, I would also steer away from these guys as you will be left to pay the bills of their incompetence. The property we were renting was on the market for over 2 years and their Sales team is extremely lax and poor with arranging viewings and closing any deal.

Had an appointment with the Charlton office, they were late. I called, was told they were parking. Waited more. Nothing until the manager called 40 minutes after the appointment basically stating that they had no phone to call when they did not see the concierge so left. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you waste your time if this is their first impression.

I’ve had a really positive experience with my property manager, Owain Wilson. He is always quick to respond, communicates clearly, and makes sure any issues are properly resolved. What I especially appreciate is how well he acts as a bridge between tenant and landlord, ensuring everything is handled smoothly and professionally. He’s consistently helpful, approachable, and positive, which makes renting far less stressful. Highly recommended.
