Damaged product returned but no refund. What a con!
Would strongly recommend never using Marks Electrical. Product arrived damaged. The delivery driver said this happens sometimes as they repackage products that other people have returned - that was definitely not what I was expecting when I ordered. Refused delivery and then had a load of back and forth with customer services questioning whether it was actually damaged. Fortunately I had the photos to prove it. Two and a half weeks later I’m still waiting for the refund. Hilariously they claim it takes the bank that long to process - but their system sends notifications on returns and I can see it still says it’s pending their approval to process the refund - they’re clearly just trying to hang on to my money. What a bunch of con artists and cowboys. I would never buy from them again.

My old integrated fridgefreezer stopped working. Phoned up this company, where I went through to a sales advisor called Theo.
He was very thorough, ensuring that the replacement would match like for like and was very detailed about the delivery schedule et al.

Delivery of Order Floor Damaged
Terrible experience, and I have a damaged floor to show for it. Poor customer service leads to a loss of confidence, as they throw T&Cs at you and say it's your fault we gave you the T&Cs. When you order, if you order, make sure you have read the T&Cs end to end before hitting that buy now button.
