He was very thorough, ensuring that the replacement would match like for like and was very detailed about the delivery schedule et al.

Washer delivery and installation
Ordered washer 5 pm Mon.afternoon It was in stock, arrived 8 am Tues. morning. Received e mail same day I ordered and another one on morning of delivery. Gore installed the washer and Paul gave it it's test run, delivery went really smoothly and Paul and Gore were really friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
