The Mark Hill diffuser didn’t fit the Mark Hill hairdryer. I have had my hairdryer a few years but you’d think a quality manufacturer would make accessories interchangeable!

Great customer service
I ordered a pick & mix curling barrel and several attachments for a present.
The parcel didn't arrive. I contacted Mark Hill via email on a Saturday & rec'd a reply with another order dispatched on the Monday.
Items well packaged.
These are a Christmas present, but the dalmatian design looks lovely.

Detachable brushes
I ordered detachable brushes, order came quickly last week. I have used once on my mid lenght hair I know this is going to give me bounce and lift to my usual flat hair. Have already recommended to my friend!

My experience with ordering from Mark Hill could not have been better. Their customer service team were lovely and efficient. Unfortunately my original order was stolen but the customer service team were amazing in sending me a free replacement. I could not be happier with the curler and due to the wonderful customer service that I received, I will be ordering from Mark Hill in future.

No good for very long hair
The ordering and delivery was really good but unfortunately the product has been ineffective on my daughter’s hair. She has long hair and after using the three tools which came in the starter pack, her hair looked no different and it left her very upset on her birthday but because she has used it it cannot be returned. I’d love it to be effective as it’s very attractive and good you can get a range of tools for it. She tried it on my mid length hair and it worked well on that. If someone is able to tell us how to make it work on long, fine, soft hair I would appreciate it.

For long, fine, soft hair, we recommend using smaller sections while styling, and pin curling to help set the style.
Once you’ve curled the hair, allow the curls to cool slightly, then gently roll each curl into a pin curl and secure it with a clip. Let them sit for about 15-20 minutes before releasing them for bouncier, longer-lasting curls.
