I ordered shoes that sadly didn't fit well. No quality issues, just poor fit (for me).
Shoes were returned to M&M and cost refunded no quibble.

Delivery of items ordered was quick and the goods received as requested

I have purchased from MandM Direct previously without issue, so I placed an order for two items with confidence. Before doing so, I updated my delivery address on the MandM system and used a payment card registered to the same new address - I therefore had no reason to doubt the order details were correct.

When the tracking information arrived, I discovered the items had been dispatched to my previous address. I contacted the courier, Evri, who advised that any redirect or return would need to be requested by MandM Direct directly. I then contacted MandM customer services, only to be told there was nothing they could do.

This is a poor outcome - particularly given the error appears to lie with how the MandM platform handled my address update. As a result, I will not be ordering from MandM Direct again, and several members of my family who have also been customers will be taking their business elsewhere.

And today, the 18th of May, I received a reply on Trustpilot saying they had sent me an email, which is correct, just to tell me that they can't do anything for me - unbelievable!

The trainers were great but the jogging bottoms were the most disgusting things ive laid eyes on. They were like a potato sack made into trousers, really disappointed

Easy to order and quick delivery. Item ordered was excellent quality

Quality of the clothes wasn't great and as expected. Also having to pay again for returns is very annoying and will stop me shopping with you again even if I just wanted to change the size of an item.

You are excellent in providing quick service dispatch from your warehouse. But you are let down by your courier delivery service. Evri has lost my parcel and dropped it on the wrong address, wrong house number. I got it back after 3 days, if not for an honest neighbor, I would not know where it was delivered. The picture taken as proof is not even my property. I could not go through the hassle of chasing it.

Excellent ordering and delivering but wish they would show if trainers are laces or step in. The ones I bought looked step in in pictures but were laces when they arrived. As in laced but not to lace up.

Great products, good quality and value for money. Keep well informed of my product and delivery process.
