BEWARE

I made an order with MandM which was delivered by Royal Mail (Parcel Force). However, the parcel was left outside my front door and was subsequently missing when I got home.

I raised this with MandM who said that they were unable to do anything as tracking (GPS) and photo shows the parcel successfully left outside my front door aftet their investigation. They even said that I had successfully received parcel which had been left outside my front door previously.

I spoke with Royal Mail who completed an investigation and informed me 1 week later that they were at fault for the missing parcel. Royal Mail apologised to me (more than MandM did), and stated that the parcel should not have been left outside my front door as they do not class it as a safe place.

Royal Mail took full liability and provided me with a case number, advising me to provide this to MandM for them to contact Royal Mail and request compensation for the value of the whole parcel.

I provided this to MandM who still refuse to do anything, insisting that the parcel was 'successfully' and deem the parcel being left outside my front door as suitable.

So beware what MandM class as a safe place is completely different from Royal Mail.

I’m still waiting for my parcel (Skecher trainers & sandels) as Evri seem to have misplaced my parcel! They are currently investigating it

I placed an order and paid for Sketcher shoes, they did not arrive, I managed to contact them, (difficult, i ended up having to contact via facebook), they gave me two options, replacement or refund, I requested replacement.
Just received an email saying sorry I was not happy with my order, they have now received it and will be issuing a refund ?.
I have replied via Facebook (can not reply by email) sa ying I want my Sketchers not accept refund,

Total waste of money — charged nearly £9 just to try on a pair of shoes.

I will never shop with MandM again. I ordered New Balance trainers that didn’t fit properly, and despite returning them immediately, I still lost almost £9 in delivery (£4.99) and return fees (£3.99). Customers shouldn’t be punished financially for sizing issues when buying footwear online.
The whole experience felt unfair, frustrating, and completely disappointing. Poor customer service and an awful return policy. Think twice before ordering shoes from this company.
