Unbelievable service
I recently found Mamedica and the process from start to finish has been excellent. All staff that I have spoken to have been incredibly helpful and patient whilst i gathered all my relevant document together to see if I have been accepted. I have my first consultation soon and I am looking forward to it the staff have really made this experience great. I apologies but there has been one individual who has helped me the most, I have unfortunately forgotten his name after he told me on the phone but a special shout out to him regardless, you are a massive credit to the company

excellent customer service
I was hesitant about signing up and stopped part way through the sign-up process. A few hours later I got a call from Jodie, she was great and after talking to her and arranging a future call I ended up continuing the process online, it's a straight forward process, I got another call from Jodie today saying she had seen I completed the process and that she can get me an earlier appointment than was showing online. So thanks to Jodie, I am now signed up and awaiting my initial consultation in a weeks time.
From my initial sign-up experience and dealing with Jodie, I recommend Mamedica as somewhere that will definitely put your mind at ease, they also have plans to suit most peoples needs.

Every step of the sign up process has been a breeze, ive only been met with clear, friendly, and informative conversations, be it via email or phone call.

Patience for patients
Takes a bit of time to get going but once you’re there is super easy.
And honestly the only reason it takes a while is because they need to talk to GP and NHS to get your files.
Consultation was super easy with a very friendly Doctor, everyone I spoken with (and I had some issues) was incredibly helpful. I mean it feels amazing to speak about different medications to staff without feeling like I’m breaking the law.
