I went into Mamas & Papas at Giltbrook retail park today for a car seat fitting and consultation.
Melissa was amazing and spent around an hour and a half with me trying to find different rotating options that fit properly in my 3 door car. Unfortunately due to lots of different problems relating to size I was unable to immediately buy anything but did leave with a much better idea of what I needed and may be able to return to buy something. Thank you so much, i really appreciated your time and effort.

Katie at the Southampton store is truly exceptional. So knowledgable and detailed and super supportive in helping you make the right decision for your situation.

We attended a buying for baby appointment today in Wednesbury, and Destini was amazing. As first time parents, we really valued the time she spent with us, her patience in explaining everything and all without pressure to purchase anything. She made the experience so lovely.

We visited the Gateshead store for a pre-arranged appointment to view prams, we were served by Lily who took the time to go through the pram we liked but also compare it to other models they sell. Lily had a very in-depth knowledge of everything and as first time parents we were made to feel at ease throughout. We’ve both left the appointment with everything we need to know and feel a lot more confident. There was no hard sell or pushing of items and when we explained we had seen the price cheaper with another competitor then it was no issue in price matching. 5 star customer feedback from us!

Mamas and papas store was excellent and i would rate 5 stars they were so helpful, HOWEVER the delivery service is ridiculous. We had our delivery date as the end of June and recieved no email so phoned up, they said they had problems with the warehouse which was showing no stock, gave us another delivery date. Delivery date came and went and phoned again, was met with the same response and then wss told we would get the delivery no later than the 31st July, which would make me 37 weeks pregnant.
Still recieved no email or text about the delivery, so again phoned and they couldnt tell us when we would get delivery so advised us to cancel the order and order again using next day delivery.
Order was placed before 7pm on the 31 July and after hours of checking my order status and emails, recieved no update. So i phoned again and was told there was an issue with next day delivery and thwy couldnt guarantee that i would get my order on the 2/8/25, we have been given another delivery date of Tuesday 4th Aug. Lord knows if the order will actually come or if i will give birth before my order arrives.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and i still have no car seat for my baby or a steriliser/bottles which are on the order.
Would advice to get your order the earliest that you can to avoid all the stress and headache

Well where do we start. Got dragged to Preston to buy a bathroom bin. Walked in to next following the better half and walked out with a pram. If Katie’s not a good knowledgeable sales some I don’t know who is.

I cannot recommend this store highly enough, and it is entirely thanks to the wonderful young lady AMEL in brent cross who assisted us with our pushchair purchase. We were feeling completely overwhelmed by the choices, but she was an absolute star. She took the time to understand our lifestyle, demonstrated how to fold and unfold the chassis at least three times until we felt confident, and knew every safety specification off the top of her head. She wasn't pushy at all—she gave us honest advice and let us test the steering without hovering. To top it off, She turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Thank you!"

David at the Leicester Next Mamas & Papas store was absolutely incredible. My partner and I went in with no idea what we needed and no expectations, but David made the whole experience so easy.

We turned up unannounced, yet he took the time to talk us through everything we needed for our baby. He explained how each product worked, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Buying everything for a new baby can feel overwhelming, but David made the entire process completely stress-free, enjoyable, and actually fun. We left feeling confident that we had everything we needed.

We attended a 'buying for baby' appointment in the Maidstone branch, hosted by Alice. And it was AMAZING!
Alice was so welcoming and her product knowledge and expertise were so impressive - she knew how to use every product we requested to see, could advise on the add-ons we might need and gave amazing alternative options to suit our needs (like me needing a lower handle due to my height!), which meant we chose a bundle that makes us feel prepared for our little one to arrive - covering all bases.
We learnt so much information about general baby care too, which I don't think I would have learned elsewhere otherwise.
Also very impressed with the ordering/ payment options, which gave us flexibility to secure a price and bundle without committing to any upfront payment so we can check family contributions (which they can pay directly towards your order via the website by the way!).
Couldn't recommend this FREE opportunity to any other parents more. An amazing, personalised and judgement-free experience.

I had an in store appointment at Mamas and Papas Meadowhall with Selina. She was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and so knowledgeable about the products I had interest in. Highly recommend people to arrange an appointment I wish I had done it sooner :)

I went to the Martlesham Ipswich Store with my Mum, we were served by Kasey. She made me feel at ease within moments, taking time to get to know my requirements and making suggestions based on my individual needs. Her knowledge and confidence with the items was incredible and ensured I knew exactly how things worked and things to consider. Thank you Kasey for your support today and taking the time to show us everything, it was very much appreciated! Will absolutely be returning and would recommend to others.

Great information was given. Rushi at Hayes Lombardy retail park branch was great. He was attentive, patient and demonstrated how to use the essential newborn equipments. As a first time soon to be parents it was really helpful.

As for the store - great location and super clean with a wide range of items on show
