Product seems nice. Quality is good. Return policy is terrible. I’m trying to return a dress that doesn’t fit. They haven’t respond to my email or answered phone calls. I’m still well within my 30-day return policy but can’t seem to return it because since purchasing the product has moved into the final sale category. I get that final sale can’t be returned but when I purchased two weeks ago, it was full price. Disappointing for sure!

I purchased sheer natural linen curtains sometime ago for my bedroom. They are so nice, and the room looks so cozy with these curtains ❤️ recomend!

I'm in absolute love with my linen sheets from MagicLinen. I can never go back to regular sheets after this! They feel substantial and luxurious - such a perfect gift to myself. (And the customer service from MagicLinen is excellent! I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received and will be a forever customer).

Customer service isn’t for the customer but a way for the company to act in an unprofessional tone and manner, defending their so called company ethics. In my interaction with Magic linen’s customer service, they were clearly dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly shifted blame to me the customer, and offered only store credit or a small partial refund instead of a real solution. Their refund policy alone isn’t practical and even after purchasing the “free returns/exchanges” you’re not guaranteed it, which is misleading at best.

Overall, the concept of MagicLinen sheets are good. I liked the product. But the company advertises their sheets as "lasts a lifetime". Despite my following their washing instructions to a T, after only one year, the fitted sheet developed holes in it. These aren't cheap sheets, they are extremely expensive. It seems to me that if you are going to advertise something as "lasts a lifetime" then they should last more than a year. When I reached out to customer service, they had me detail how I cared for my sheets -- I told them exactly what I do, down to the type of detergent I use. I NEVER washed the sheets with anything else. I used eco-friendly detergent. I dried them on the lowest setting. Despite this, they told me that it was "unlikely" that their sheets would wear out under these conditions--then implied it must be something I'm doing -- "a rough mattress" (which I don't have), "movement" (are you kidding me?, you can't move on your sheets or it will wear them out?), or "washing with other fabrics" (which I had already told them I never did.) Then after accusing me that it must be my fault, they said they don't offer a warranty and would not be replacing my holy sheet. They did offer a 30% discount. However, even with the discount, I can replace my flat sheet PLUS get two additional pillow cases that are made exactly the same way woven from the same 100% European Flax linen , following the exact same standards, so it doesn't seem worth it.

I Love the product BUT...

This is my second time ordering from Magic Linen. Their sheets are a game changer. That being said, I was horrified by the condition in which my order arrived. The box was soaked, torn and completely compromised. While the linens were packaged in "compostable" non-plastic sheer packs - one was open and exposed. HUGE sigh of relief that the items were not destroyed BUT, at the premium prices paid - not worth the anxiety of wondering if my purchases arrive safely. I hate the process of returns or exchanges, especially since the customer usually bears the cost during the process. FedEx is notorius for their irresposible handling of packages and Magic Linen does not seem to ship any other way or give the customer the option. It now makes sense that Magic Linen charges you extra for the ability to return your packages.

Unless something changes - I will have to find my linens elsewhere.

Be careful about their Buy One Get One 50% off sales. Their site favors the more expensive and first discounts the cheaper items, even if you have two of the same more expensive items. I had 6 far more expensive items in the cart that were part of the sale, 6 medium-priced items that were part of the sale, and 4 cheaper items that were part of the sale. The site gave me 50% off of all 4 cheap items and 2 of the medium ones. No expensive item--even though part of the sale and more than one of the style was added--was discounted 50% off. I refrained from ordering. Even changing the order to two separate orders (which then puts my free shipping in danger) still results in an unfair sale. I can't stand sites like this.

I ordered $320 worth of product
The fabric on the pjs is very nice, but the cut is mediocre, the buttons teeny and they don't lay flat, the top of the pjs is cut skimpy at XL
I am a size 14 and usually XL is ample .
The kitchen towels are like tissue
However the waffle towels are large enough and I like bit of scratchiness so they will be good . Over all not buying anything from this company again

SHEETS ARE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. GOOD LUCK EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER, IF YOU OPENED IT THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK. I EVEN PAID AN EXTRA 3$ FOR EASY EXCHANGE. NOW THEY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.

Update: they responded to my email and only do returns on unused items, and offered to refund my 3$. I guess im just spoiled bc if I only order off amazon and they'll take anything back. I used the sheets for 3 weeks and bought a larger bed, now im out 330$, which isnt their fault or their problem. They do have a great product and I ordered a larger set but know that they arent returning anything.

Their customer service is atrocious. They did not respond to my emails and now wil not return the product that they size incorrectly

I bought a couch cover which was instantly damaged by my cat. Support told me that the cover is not advertised as pet proof, despite the listing saying its a "perfect solution" for pet damage. Very dishonest and misleading.

I did a lot of research and finally settled on MagicLinen. I made a rather large purchase the first time, fabric untested, because of how great the reviews were. They have terrific 100% linen sheets (they have linen-cotton blends too, but I prefer the 100% linen). The linen is super soft on Day 1, but gets even softer wash after wash. The fabric is substantial too. The quality and craftsmanship are fabulous - I have no complaints.

They have a large color assortment - even patterns, which is hard to find in 100% linen sheets. Their kitchen towels (cotton-linen blend) are amazing. They are incredibly absorbent and soft. I use them for hand towels, hair towels, etc. I haven’t tried their bath towels, but they’re the same blend.

Kornelija, Alice, and Nicole are a pleasure to work with, and always respond to my inquiries quickly. I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered linen pajamas. They arrived promptly. The linen itself is of excellent quality, and the design is comfortable and attractive.

What also pleased me is that the packaging was made of compostable "plastic" (not plastic). Even the materials label on the garment is made from recycled fabric scraps from their manufacturing.

While I loved my linen sheets, they have not lasted as long as cotton ones. I washed and dried them according to manufacturer directions. We actually wash them in cold or warm water and then hang them to dry. We often don't even iron them. Everything shrunk and now we have torn, worn and holes in all sheets and pillow cases. My cotton sheets bought years before are still in perfect condition.

Worse still, after seven years as a customer, when I emailed customer service for help a few times, no one responded. It's a shame as we loved the sheets and would have kept buying more.

I would not have ordered from an unfamiliar to me company if I’d dove (very far down…) into their fine print FAQ. For advertising “easy returns” that usually means a label provided, online portal etc. Nope. Have to write to get approval, then they give address you should return at your expense. Items were a thinner linen than I prefer, color and weave was off from shown on Website, cuts and length small. Waste of time and money to try a new brand. Order only if familiar and know what size exactly.

Timeless products and even better customer service. I had a problem with the delivery of my second purchase. MagicLinen did not hesitate to fix the situation. Highly recommended based both on the products and on the service.

Magiclinen is truly a wonderful company i let them know i had an issue with a product and was contacted right away and they replaced the item. They were very kind and understanding to make everything right. I highly recommend this linen company to who ever wants to try linen please buy from they have awesome customer service and products are great also . Thank you magic linen

Truly honest and wonderful company with excellent healthy quality products.
I have purchased bundle bedding sets,beach towels, bathroom and kitchen towels and linen robes.
I also had a special order for throw pillows and they went beyond to satisfy my needs( and I did changes to my ordered more than 3x).
I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to purchase from them. Customer representative Cornelia is awesome.
Magic linen is a rare Gem

The customer service is terrific. Their response time, patience and ability to help people make the best decisions is a whole another level.
