Ordered jumpers? Watches October never arrived no emails nothing after6 weeks my bank refunded the money today 19th January had a message from bank telling me that the retailer ( sp gentry ) are disputing this. , telling my bank it’s been delivered. What a horrible bunch of scammers I thought my bank would have at least looked at the reviews

SCAM!!! THEY HAVE MINECRAFT MERCH LISTED BUT THAT IS AN OFFICIAL COLLAB WITH A COMPANY CALLED COOL SHIRTS DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They were even so lazy they didn’t remove some cool shirts logos from their tik tok ads lmao

Never received order. Order was removed 😞 online after showing fake tracking to CA and the mia.
I feel so stupid as I knew the prices were way too low.

They are a scam company. I ordered 2 jumpers a month ago. I asked for my money back. They have not replied. Goggle should refund my money. Do not order anything from this scam company.

I never received my order. Tracking says it was delivered but it was no where to be found. I have e mailed them numerous times and have not gotten a response back. Obviously I got ripped off.

Ordered two jumpers and the free gift was a ralphy watch. Only one jumper turned up and a plastic watch. Totally scammed, would recommend avoiding at all costs

I ordered 2 jumpers on a deal they were advertising on Google ordered them payed my money, the tracking system don't work, when you try to get in touch with them they play dumb or don't answer, so as I see it I have lost my money to a SCAM that Google back, but let's face it Google will not do anything because they are not out of pocket

The stuff arrived the wrong jumpers, just one a snide Ralph Lauren, wrong size and the watch that come with it is worth 20 pence still waiting for the 2nd jumper, what a scam yet Google let them advertise

Deposit a teller check 20k and compliance team at Relay said teller check bank recall. Relay took my remaining balance $17k and said they sent it to the other bank. I check with bank I got the teller check and they didn't recall check and the 20k check was cleared. I sent my proof they didn't recall. I have requested proof from Relay/Thread and ask what they did with my remaining balance over $17k. It's been two days of sending emails and phone calls to support team and compliance to find out what they did with my money.

Everytime I called they say they can't give me any info on where my money got transfer to. Without getting any proof it raises Red Flags and they sold my money.

I suggest if you are putting any money in account don't go over 10k or you will be screw and Relay/Thread will take your money.

They're like Nazis, any criticism of America you get ban. I he happy to see thread be banned here in Europe.

You order something and they never deliver, nor do they ever answer, don’t trust this web page

First of al they sell fake products, replica of a bad quality. This should be illegal as they are registered in the UK and secondly, their return policy is also not very 'legal' we as customer should have the right to return the product. When you ask them to make a return, they say that is up to customer to pay for the return and the return address is in China. How does this makes sens for a company registered in the UK?!

Ordered a water proof sweatshirt at the beginning of October and according to tracking info it says my order was destroyed on request as the item was prohibited

I have never heard of this company, nor have I ordered anything from them, but tonight they tried to take £7.99, from my bank, obviously it was declined, but how the he'll did they get my details its a new card and I've not used it for anything online

This is obviously another ‘here today gone tomorrow ‘ on line companies who have absolutely no idea of how to provide customer service.
For the past 30 years I have always worn size M underpants, but aware of Chinese sizing I ordered size L. - I can’t even get the past my thighs!
I have asked for a return label- and a refund, ands all they do is ask me inane questions such as ‘did you receive the wrong size’? and ‘did you check the size chart?’
They are obviously a ‘fly by night’ organisation who will soon disappear (their website is already unavailable).
Unfortunately there are other companies advertising exactly the same product on the internet who no doubt will be equally as inept as London Threads.

Took 5 weeks for my order to come didn't fit now have to pay 22.40 to return order customer service absolutely helpless never anybody order off them

Paid money and received no confirmation email. Emailed 3 times looking for answers to be ignored. Reading some of these reviews now and wish I hadn't ordered.

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to organise a return for the past week. Have not heard a single word from anybody. They are supposed to send you a document to initiate your return and given that the return period is 14days it is clear they don't answer in the hope that the return window closes before you are able to return anything. Don't buy from them.
