Althouth it took four months to arrive (that is why I didn't give 5 stars), the necklace is very beautiful, just as like the ones in the photos of the site. The quality seems to be good, but I will know it only after the use. I intend to buy other stuffs from this site.

I received the item just as it was show on the website. My family loved it and it was really Nice. However, i have to say that the Tracking information was not being update on time. Even though that i received the item, but still the tracking information showed “ handed over to airline”. I used online all over the world tracking to track my parcel. Delivery was done in 13 days from the order day. Over all its quite good

They always answer emails in a very friendly way. Although it took almost 3 months to arrive (by covid 19) it was worth the wait. The necklace is beautiful and i love it!

I would’ve liked the chance to see the dark pendant I ordered but the company has yet to take payment more than 10 days later! Would be another 10-20 or more to ship it, have never had a site so slow to deal with payment, have had to send 3 emails to check on the status of my order to be told they can’t cancel it! Ridiculous don’t waste your time.

Product was beautiful! My wife loved the Dark Borealis necklace.
Took awhile to ship, but it is Covid season. They were quick to respond to my questions.

Ordered the Aurora necklace and earrings just before COVID-19 hit. They told me they had already shipped the order but I couldn't even check the tracking numbers as our postal services went completely offline. At one point, I had given up thinking that I'll never get the items. But, was pleasantly surprised when the package showed up at my door. Gorgeous, just the way they showed in the videos.

I ordered the aurora necklace and earrings set in the dark colour. First, they didn't send me an email saying when it is gonna arrive. I got it after 3 weeks. The really annoying thing is that I got the necklace in the dark colour but the earrings in the light colour. They are supposed to be a set and the difference is so obvious. Also it's not as shiny and pretty as it looks in the photos, over priced for the actual product

Extremely bad service. The order was placed nearly 45 days ago and till date we have not received the necklace and bracelet. A bitter experience for my husband and myself. It was supposed to be a surprise gift for me. The worst nightmare ever! And when asked about the unwarranted delay, the reply we got was the postal service in India is poor and infrastructure was underdeveloped!!! The country where communication network is the easiest and where the likes of Amazon, Target and ebay are competing for global marketing, makes me wonder "Are the people in magickjewellery so pathetic that they cannot to stand up to their promise and deliver the goods after extracting the money from us with all promptness!!! ". Sad!!!!

I bought the aurora necklace and was very happy with the purchase. Smooth process from purchase all the way to its arrival. I have bought from magick several times now and feel very secure to keep purchasing from them in the future as I've never had a problem with them.
