I ordered a Vibia Flamingo Mini lamp in December and had an extremely poor experience. Delivery was delayed three times, customer service never replied (ticket #1393732), and phone lines are always busy.
When the package finally arrived, it was torn, open, dirty, and badly damaged. I had to accept it with reservation and record an unboxing video to protect myself. I also had to cancel and reschedule an electrician, causing extra costs.
For a premium design retailer, this level of service is unacceptable. I am still waiting for any response or accountability from Made In Design.

No light delivered, no refund, no communication. Beyond frustrating and will need to go through PayPal to see if I can reverse payment.

I have placed an order June 18th and I still haven’t received it. Nobody can tell me when I will receive it.
I will never buy anything from you again and I will say to anybody I know to avoid you.

Great buying process, but the delivery with your logistics partner was a nightmare: wrong information about the delivery date, ten days in storage without delivery. After five days of staying at home all day waiting and six complaints with the madeindesign service hotline, DB Schenker delivered without noticing me to another address (I don't know where) > marked as delivered at the customer's address in the history.
Phil from the service desk was very caring and helpful but could not change the situation.
Despite the issues, I have not received the items and have received my money back until today. I am still looking for a better resolution process.

My order arrived late because of the miscommunication of the address between Made in Design and the transport company. When opening one of the pieces was damaged. I have reported this to the company but still no response. Hopefully this could accelerate your assistance.
Excellent product selection but the delivery is slow.. very slow

I ordered two high price light bulb the 24. April
They have withdrawn the amount from my account the 29. April.
On the web site it notes that the product is
"Disponibile" but after 8 days nothing is happened!!

The item was absolutely not he colour indicated and even though I had to pay the return shipping cost . I believe this to be unfair. Also, the company was not responsive until days later and many emails sent .

Not very useful, but in the end the item did arrive 2 days before Xmas and was delivered in one piece (fragile item)

Do not buy from this company. I ordered some products 17 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. NOW want to cancel and get a refund but it's impossible to get though to them - emailed no reply desperate to cancel order as have had to buy products from elsewhere, kept waiting on phone for 1 hour no reply. Go elswhere!
