I cancelled the order due to delay of delivery. They never answered by emails. Keep telling me on the the phone that they will refund me. It’s been almost a months. Opened a case with PayPal!
Tempo di consegna troppo lunga, per questo ordine cancellato e chiesto rimborso. No. Rispondono mai alle mail. Al telefono promettono il rimborso. Aspetto quasi un mese. Ho aperto causa con paypal.
Assolutamente sconsigliato comprare lì!
Beautiful product (outdoor shower), well packaged, arrived quickly.

The website had a glitch when I tried to place my order, actually giving me a free item. Customer service contacted me to resolve the error. I told them to cancel the order and I would place another one. They confirmed that they would cancel it. However, it has now been a couple of weeks, and I still haven't received my money back. Additionally, no one is responding to any of my emails on their end for any update. It's a shame because I would have ordered more from this site, but now it seems like I need to call my credit card company.
Have not received my order after waiting almost two months - they are not responding to my emails and have taken my money. SCAM - AVOID

Excellent customer service! When I ordered I saw that the item was on back-order and would arrive after about a month. The order was a gift and was time sensitive so I contacted Longho several times to check on the status and they were very responsive. After checking on my order they called me by phone to update me. They were not at all annoyed by my concern and were happy to check on things and help. My order arrived within the time frame promised.

I couldn't be happier with my two new coffee tables from Patricia Urquiola and it was such a pleasure to work with Dario. I bought the pieces separately - first the large one, thinking it was enough for the space - and although I loved it immediately, I was concerned it was smaller than the space needed. Dario was very helpful in talking through various options and we then decided that adding the smaller table of the same design was the right way to go. They look fantastic and I will definitely be shopping from Longho again in the future!
