First of all, I'm sorry that you have had a bad experience with shipping. It is also very unfortunate that the package disappeared after DAO picked it up.
As I can see my colleague has written in your last mail, that DAO will get back to you within 24 hours if they could not find the package. Unfortunately in your case, they have not contacted you as normal.
