Customer service is basically non-existent and had so many customers not receive downloads that they'd ordered. I tested this out myself and downloads didn't get sent to mine either. Tried emailing customer service multiple times with no answer I switched to a different host and won't be looking back.
I have almost successfully used my website from MadBeeTech Web Hosting for some years. "Almost" means that TWICE (once last year) and CURRENTLY the website is DEAD. WHY? WHY? WHY?
Sends spam to get me to switch to them - even to the point of filling contact form, bypassing captcha. If this is how they operate, you do not want to work with them. It is also against Can-SPAM, but they do not care. Do you want to work with a company that uses spam for advertising? Do you trust them to not use your site information, or your information for advertising, selling to others etc? No thanks.

Two best parts (for me):
1. Hosting comes with a site builder where you don't need to know html or programming, and you can easily add any number of downloadable files to sell.
2. The site has a built in shopping cart, and the process of a visitor buying a file and getting a download link is all automated. Funds from the sale go directly in to my PayPal account, the buyer gets auto-emailed a download link for the purchased file.
Plus it only costs a few bucks a month (complete, no extra charges).
