Scam Alert – I made a purchase on dtbfirmware.com…

I made a purchase on dtbfirmware.com using your payment gateway, Paystack. I paid $5.00 USD via Debit/Credit Card (last 4 digits: --) for a digital product, but I have not received the product or any communication from the seller.

I have tried contacting the seller multiple times without any response. My order number on the merchant’s site is #54383.

This website completely scam website

This website completely scam website. After purchase any prodcuts not provide files. Not answer whatsapp call and messages I have a proofs contact me I can show. I already open police case for this matter and with my payment proofs

Scam site

Just a regular scam site. They do not deliver the goods once they are paid. When one tries to contact them, they ignore on-site chat, they ignore support emails. They have responded on whatsapp, but only responses are gaslighting and lies.
