Dirty Boots Received
The boots that I received had clearly been worn. The store claimed that this was ‘dust’ from the store. If that is the case, avoid at all costs as the place must be filthy! Luckily I understand the law and have photographic evidence of the worn boots. Therefore this review is based on evidence, so cannot be viewed as slander. Threatening customers is never a good look. While I was indeed offered a refund, my review is merely stating that I received worn boots. Sadly I can’t upload images here for people to see for themselves…

This is the second review of the same product you have posted in the same places. My response from previous reviews stands.
Despite us offering a full refund for the boots which you refused.
If you do not stop reviewing we will have to view this as slander.
Mediocre returns process.
I gave this a mediocre score because I had to send the garment back as it was too big but have had no communication as to whether they have given me a refund yet.
The item and it’s replacement that I bought after were as expected although their next day delivery promise drifted into 3 days.
I’d use them again but wouldn’t have as high expectations as I would with a bigger shop

Hi Stephen sorry you were not 100% satisfied. With re our returns we are unable to confirm delivery of your return until it is opened and processed however your delivery company would be able to confirm and if you send me a tracking number via email I will look when it arrived.
Re the next day delivery delay this was due to your order being placed over the weekend and all internet orders are despatched Monday to Friday.
