Fast delivery and very good prices!
I ordered a pair of RAB Guide 2 gloves, they arrived very quickly, however they didn't fit so I sent them back and ordered them in the right size, second pair arrived very quickly again. The return and refund for the first pair was very easy, fast and without any hassle!

When I searched for the Rab Parka on the internet Mad About Mountains popped up on the first page with a really competitive price but you hear horror stories about people being scammed on the net so I checked out the reviews here and my mind was put at rest.
I ordered the coat late on Sunday, it was despatched Monday morning and with me by Tuesday. I was so impressed with the service and the price that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Web order - Scarpa Rush Rush Trek Boots
Web order for a pair of Scarpa Rush Trek Lt GTX Walking Boots dispatched & delivered very quickly.
However, I've had to return it under guarantee due to a material / manufacturing fault. Returns process is reasonably straight forward but taking time to resolve due to Mad About Mountains need to send on to the manufacturer.
Been a couple of weeks and still waiting to here if the product will be repaired or if I get a replacement.
If I'd bought this on the highstreet I expect I would have been given a replacement straight away.
So currently without a pair of boots that I've paid for.

I can understand the frustration it is also frustrating for us, however with returns under warranty we can only work with the manufacturers process. We are unable to decide if these are a fault that can be repaired or replaced.
I can see your boots arrived back with us on the 29th September and were shipped to Scarpa the same day. I will be chasing any warranties this week and will hopefully have an outcome for you then.
I apologise you had an issue with the boots.
Goods as ordered and prompt delivery.
