After 6 or 7 years my 3 axis DRO stopped working. A quick call to customer services and an exchange of emails and tests I could perform myself identified a failed power supply. The replacement arrived quickly and was a very simple job to fit, restoring the DRO to full operation

I have always found this company dependable as they
sell good quality products. The items always arrive
safe and securely packaged. I have just bought an Edge Technology indicator holder off them, it is a well engineered product. However I do have one small gripe about the item itself. It didn't have an allen key
to tighten the allen head screws which needed a little pinch. None of my allen keys would fit either
metric or imperial. I used a narrow electrician's
screwdriver to pinch them, after that it worked like a dream.

I’m not sure where the 4.7 score comes from! Not for me. These guys say next working day, so ordered from them. I ordered last Saturday, it’s now the following Saturday, no delivery, no tracking, no communication apart from verifying order last Saturday.

The ordering process was seamless. I paid for express delivery but due to a delay in delivery it took today’s before I actually got the goods. However what I had ordered was spot on

I can't give this company any more than 3 stars. I brought a part from them, the description was incorrect and no reply from request for a refund for replacement for the correct item.
I can't recommend this company!
