If I could give luck noire negative stars I would! The whole website is a scam! Never received A Pair of shorts I paid 80 dollars for, they sent them to the wrong address. I asked if I could have a refund as I didn’t want to wait another two weeks to never receive what I’d already paid for, the lady from lux noire Ashley was ignorant and rude accused me of stealing them and wanted proof of purchase etc when I had already been in contact and sent multiple screen shots of them at the wrong address she refused to refund me or even take it seriously so I am down $80 dollars for a pair of shorts I paid for as that’s how online shoppping works you pay for it before they ship it, I am quite disgusted will never shop with this cheap boutique again trash customer service. Also lodged a complaint with NZ couriers and they even confirmed it was sent to the wrong address, told me to lodge a complaint with lux to get a refund the minute I did they blocked my email. In my honest opinion the contact I was put in touch with Ashley freeman probably stole my items as she was rude unprofessional and even after I sent multiple screenshots with proof I hadn’t received them she still accused me of lying or trying to commit fraud which is what they were doing..

One star is being nice. They did not even send me what I purchased. I was emailing them for 3 months about how they couldn’t send the me top because they were ‘out of stock’ of the item even though it was still for sale on their website. They gave me store credit and asked what I wanted instead and they never sent me anything. They stopped replying to my emails eventually (which were very respectful). Waste of $50.

Terrible customer service. Never order from them. I received 4 items. 2 of them didn’t fit so I asked to return them and get a refund. They gave me an address and said I had to pay for the shipping and I’d get a refund shortly. The shipping was an expensive $17. I never received the refund so I contacted customer service MULTIPLE times and was completely ignored. I’m currently in a complicated disputes process through my bank because of them. Way overpriced and never turns out the way it looks online. Honestly the Wish website is better. You can do better

I wish I had read this site before buying their clothes. It's been one month since I I payed for one dress and one top, they havent even given me the tracking or shipping info... I'm just gonna claim with my bank.

The item I ordered looked nothing like the item displayed on the website. I asked for a full refund and was told they could only give me 20% off when I ordered again. I explained I didn't want to purchase another faulty item. They are refusing to pay for the postage on the return. The customer service is awful - having to remind the agent of the situation each time (they could just read the conversation!)

I brought swimsuit small it took a month to come then the swimsuit was to big and I ordered a small it must been a large!!! Website is a SCAM don’t order here!!

Ordered without reading the reviews here. Emailed them and they responded assuring my items were coming, I got tracking info and the items came in the cheapest condition I’ve ever received. I would have spent a lot more to have received what was actually advertised and it’s not fair that they are remaking quality clothes in horrible condition. Not only am I completely disappointed with the sizing and material, they have somehow blocked not only my email but my Instagram since the first item came. Don’t waste your money thinking you’re getting a bargain with this site, companies like this shouldn’t exist let alone have such a large following. I’m not usually one to do bad reviews, but nothing I ordered was worth a cent.

Absolutely horrible. An absolute scam. I can’t believe this company still exists. I bought a top off their website over 12 months ago and just never received it and they never replied to ANY of my emails even when I told them I was lodging a dispute with my bank. They have turned off comments on Instagram so what does this tell you? Disgusting scam of a company.

I've bought a $70 original wrist watch and got a fake $5 watch

Horrible horrible horrible online service. I ordered a two piece snake skin outfit for summer Jam May 10th and today is June 1st
With out my outfit. I had to email them every single day just to get my tracking number which they didn't even give me till about 8 days later. Then it didnt ship out till a few days after that. How quick yall are to take money with sucky service. I Will Never order from her again. I will make sure my friends don't order or waste their time as well.

I ordered two pieces, one arrived crammed in a tiny bag from China and the other didn’t arrive at all. After several months chasing the company getting either no response or “we will look into it”, I decided to open a paypal dispute. They then freaked out and first said they will refund me straight away and then when I didn’t receive my money and questioned it they insisted they won’t help me unless I dropped the PayPal dispute. Thankfully paypal refunded me!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I am going on as many websites I possibly can to leave a review. I have never experienced this kind of customer service and for me to have to resort to disputing the charge with my bank is ridiculous.

It’s the biggest scam ever. I ordered a top in January and now it’s may. In between those months I have had so much trouble trying to find out what is going on with my parcel. It’s took them 5 months to conclude that it was lost in delivery. Once that was said I demanded a refund and they blocked my email! I couldn’t email them back.

I have never ever experience such bad service. I never received my parcel. I was blocked with no way to contact them.
I thne looked at other reviews about luxnoire and found that it was a conman accurance. That they take your money. Say it’s lost in delivery and then block you and you don’t get your money back.
They also stop you from commenting on their posts

I ordered a hoodie and legging set a while ago and while it did take forever to arrive, I did receive it. The problem with this “company” is that all they do is steal originality from other brands that have worked so hard to build their names. They’ve blocked anyone that has called them out in the comment section on Instagram so don’t bother trying to alert others that way. Bottom line is the set I ordered was absolute trash - thin, sizing was made for a child, and I’m almost 100% sure they just ordered it off AliExpress and sent it to me, tripling the price so they make profit.

I was expecting this company to be a scam but I decided to buy a pink bodysuit from the company anyway, the reviews weren't great so i decided to not expect my item to actually turn up as the price was so cheap but to my disbelief my bodysuit actually did turn up although the only downside was it took a month and a bit to be delivered, there was no import fee which was surprising.
the quality of the bodysuit was a bit cheap but for the price not bad at all i think this company is fine but your definitely get what you pay for. Definitely order two months in advance if you need an item for an event.

I have order a pair of trousers THREE months ago. I have emailed around 20 times requesting a refund and telling them they have breached their terms and conditions with zero helpful inputs back - they have now BLOCKED my emails address from sending them emails to their customer service inbox. Would never ever ever recommend this site and this is the first negative review I’ve ever left for a clothing website.

I wish this place could get 0 stars. My order hasn’t even been shipped yet and I ordered it on March 3rd. It’s the 14th. I don’t think I’ll ever receive, let’s be real.

Awful. Do not order it’s a scam, never received items or had any response to my emails.

I ordered 2 items on the 14th of January, I received one around a month later but at this point it was too late as I ordered the items for my birthday about 2 weeks before so I wanted to send this item back. I had had a previous coversation with someone via Instagram dm about shipping as the items at this point still hadn’t arrived for a month. When this item did arrive it seemed to have come from China and LUX NOIRE are a US brand so I dm Ed them and asked where I’m sending it back to China or the US - no response. I then sent another message demanding a refund for the 2nd item which they said I hadn’t got as there was a “delay with shipping” - no response, another message “is anyone there” as my messages were getting opened and seen but being ignored and I last message trying to guilt trip them as they have clearly scammed me for almost £50 and once again it was being read and ignored. I am absolutely fuming, a disgusting excuse of a “brand”, all I want is a reply is that too much to ask and I hope to god that no one else gets scammed this badly.
