I ordered a green Vinsen v-neck sweater. It came in a timely fashion, but arrived with no labels, no washing instructions and, frankly, looked a bit soiled. The quality is good, but it's NOT the green-color advertised on the site AT ALL. It's too expensive to return it, and definitely not what they purported. I'll wear it--but I'll never order from Malvani again. It's just not the sweater shown on the site.

While I liked the product look, the fit of the shoe was not what I wanted so I requested a return. The company site does not accurately tell you that if you want to return an item you have to pay to have it returned to the country Turkey. It would have cost me about $27 to return the shoes. The company gives you other options- you can keep the item or donate it and get a partial refund, or you can get a % of your order cost off of a new purchase. None of these options are mentioned on the sites return policy. They also encourage you purchase a small insurance policy (several dollars) if the shoes get lost in route which was perflexing. Lastly... they ask if you would like to add a tip onto your order for the Leo Malvani workers. The company's business practice is not one that I am comfortable supporting going forward. Disappointing experience

Shoes didn't fit. Return policy is a joke. You can't return them, no matter what the reason. You keep the shoes, and can get a 15% refund. Or an 80% refund of store credit. Also, the shoes themselves smelled awful--cheap leather.

My BF got me a pair of boots a while ago, they are so pretty and super comfy. Wore them a ton and they still look great, really happy with there quality and service🫶

Took this coat on a weekend trip and OMG i loved it, super comfy and looks good without needing extra layers, even got ppl asking where i got it from😭

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service ever. The worst sizing ever. I ordered size 11 in Australia. I received approximately size 8. I was refused a refund and stuffed around for weeks and still no promised partial refund has come my way. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE

Bought a ring and honestly really happy with it, looks way better in person and feels good quality. Fits perfectly and I have gotten a few compliments already💕

Ordered coat a while ago and was worried it might take forever but it actually got here on time. Super happy with how it looks and feels, shipping was smooth in the end and customer service helped me get it sorted when there was a little mix up.

Ordered shoes for a wedding and they got here right on time, super happy with that😭 shoes look great and fit perfectly, really happy with my purchase and would order again

Did not expect to love these sneakers this much tbh, just slipped them on to go out because of there comfort. Now i can grab anything from here without thinking

So i have been buying from here for years and honestly they never let me down everything i get is always good quality and exactly what i expect. U can still find cool pieces elsewhere but tbh this store always has the best stuff❤️‍🔥

ok so i was kinda iffy at first but omg once i got my order i was shook. got 2 shirts + a pair of heels, packaging was nice and everything was exactly what i ordered, fits sooo good and the material feels super fancy like i didn’t get it from some random store lol. defs ordering again 👌
