Poor Customer Service – No Help at All
I reached out to customer service to get clarity on the shipping date for my order. As I’ll be away from the 5th of February, I needed to confirm whether the parcel would arrive in time so I could receive it personally. The website states items in stock are dispatched in two days and delivered within 2-6 business days, but I wanted to confirm this directly for my location in Belgium.
When I called, the phone support was completely unhelpful. They couldn’t provide any specific information and kept repeating the same generic lines that are already written on the website. Why have phone support if they can’t assist beyond what’s publicly available?
Worse, when I realized the delivery timeline might not work for me, I asked to cancel the order. They told me they can’t cancel anything over the phone and that I’d need to submit a request and wait for customer service to respond. No confirmation of the shipment, no clarity on delivery, and no ability to cancel—just endless bureaucracy.
I live in an apartment building with no concierge, and if this parcel arrives while I’m away, it’s likely to get lost. Customer service offered no solutions, no flexibility, and no genuine assistance. I’m extremely disappointed.
