Excellent service

I have enjoyed the phone case for some months — it was useful and stylish. When I discovered a flaw in one of the belt straps, Lucrin replaced the case promptly and without difficulty. This is a company that stands by its reputation and responds to its customers!

Dyann in Customer Service is a star!

Dyann in Lucrin Customer Service is a star! The gift box for my Lucrin order arrived dented and torn (UPS issue -- looks like they crushed the shipping box, definitely not a Lucrin issue).

I let Lucrin know about the problem and Dyann immediately arranged shipping of a replacement box! This excellent customer service will make our wedding gift to our son's bride even more perfect!

Was not happy with this case

Was not happy with this case. Spent over $250 and is probably the worse case I’ve ever had.

Not great quality leather and non responsive for returns

Bought an item intended as a gift. The good thing is that the delivery was quick. The bad thing is that the leather neither looks nor feels premium. Wanted to return it but the customer service is completely non responsive to emails after 3 days making it impossible to return. No: #IE000012934, Date: 22/02/2026

Update on April 9: although the process was not too easy, a refund was given in the end. I've updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.

iPhone 17 Max Pro Holster - - The Best!

These are premier quality product! The website provides an accurate description of the product and the photos are exactly what you receive. I bought an iPhone 17 Max Pro holster and two MagSafe charger holders. Beautiful and functional. Lots of other products on the market that are cheaper, I’ve bought some, but Lucern is the best I’ve seen.

Outstanding customer service

I ordered the beautiful A5 notepad holder and ring binder, but although the paper size is A5, the folder in total is too large for how I want to use this. I asked for a refund, requesting this after 32 days which is 2 days after the end of the return period, and a full refund was given. I am highly impressed with this, and am very grateful - and would have no hesitation to shop here again!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered something, and was told it was SHIPPED. Go into UPS and find out it's not shipped at all. Contact lucrin and they say, "oh, it's out of stock." What the heck? and nobody reaches out, this was for a gift. F-minus in customer service
