I won 1400 dollars so when I went to withdraw the money which by way I won 1400;and after the service charge was only able to request 900 so first they said that the bank through the method that I chose was having tech issues then after waiting 48;hours they they told me after providing screen shots of various things like game id and and my withdraw history that I was not compliant with their rules which is ridiculous then finally after a week of asking the same things over and over they told my I had multiple accounts which I do not have multiple accounts I have one that I binded all my info to and this saga is still going on customer service is a joke it's mostly AI and after it thinks that it has solved your issue stops responding so I've made deposits and lost money won money and and when it came time to pay me they didn't pay out so basically I've been scammed cause they have no trouble taking my money but when you win your not getting paid at least that has been my experience and customer service does not exist and they rely on this AI I don't even think you can talk to an actual human being on top of that they provide no phone number no address or location as to where they are based out of! Ok so I’m from Australia and I know we can’t gamble overseas but some overseas companies allow it.
I lost my daughter and had a hard time finding the money to pay.
I found this casino and prayed I’d win something to help cause all I had left was $200 and I needed at least a grand.
I signed up and read the terms and conditions Mastercard or visa for withdrawal and that’s all I had.
I actually got lucky and won $1000
Cashed in $800 first on Mastercard and they said technical issue.
Second time visa had to get a visa just to get this money and they said sent all goods lied to me and kicked me in the guts at my lowest times of my life. Then few hours later said they can’t use visa cause it has technical issues too.
Kicked me in the guts again.
