You'd be lucky if it lasts even one year

This brand, like so many out there, is taking all the quality out of their products. Their men's jeans are so fragile that you cannot run them through a dryer! You have to hang them to dry. The "denim" developed holes and the stitches popped loosed in the legs after barely six months! It is SO bad that I gave up and tried a test since I was going to thrown them away: I tried to rip them. To my shock, it was VERY easy to rip them with my hands! It was hardly any tougher than cardboard! God what atrocious "quality." Sadly, other brands are doing this too such as Levi and Lee. Lucky is the worst of the three and I wouldn't spend my hard earned money on their jeans ever again. They look nice but they're an awful quality product. I have 30-year-old jeans from my childhood that have barely one hole in them. These developed holes in less than 5 months.

Lucky brand manufacturing needs to move…

Lucky brand manufacturing needs to move back to El Paso, Texas. After year two of China handling the manufacturing, lucky brand boots quality has fallen off a year after year. No more original boots with quality materials, especially the souls and the heels. Walking Lucky Brand boots for two weeks and you’ll need a new pair. It’s not worth it anymore at the price it cost to replace the heel tips. Fabric doesn’t hold up at all. It’s not even close to the original photo suede the loan reel. Good boots gone bad lucky no more.

This company is no longer worth your time

I have been a loyal customer exclusively (not joking) wearing their jeans for over a decade now, but I think I am going to try and find a retailer that sells near me. I got a gift card I have been desperately trying to get rid of for 3 months now. They constantly cancel orders for sale items even though their system says they have 2 or more in stock, leaving you with extra money on it and a bunch of separate orders. Quality and fit are all over the place, too.

They take so long to process returns and get money back. I have tried to combine returns, and they have lost my items. They returned one item and "lost" the rest. They said I need to buy multiple return labels, which are $8 per label, because their system doesn't allow you to combine orders onto a label. I've gotten multiple orders due to gift cards I have been trying to get rid of, and their constant cancellation of orders. I refuse to spend a ton of money on returning items because they constantly cancel orders due to their poor processing.

Some customer service people are nice, but some are rude and blame you for their processing people losing items when you included the necessary information in the package. They refunded me, but I was worried they wouldn't because of their processing issues.

return shipping…

Love there jeans I order all the time will not again. I should not have to pay the return shipping fee of $8 and also they keep the $10 shipping fee I paid to receive order absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible quality

I purchased two pairs of jeans a year ago and they have both developed significant tears where the back pocket flaps attach to the jeans. The jeans were $69! I have had a lot of negitive experiences with lucky but I found their jeans and men's clothing to still be of decent quality. Well, now their jeans are garbage too. I'm done with them. Levi's from now on.

LARGE SIZE SENT FOR PETITE PERSON

I have been a customer for 20 years! Noticeable decline in condition of items and in correct sizing over the past 2-3 years. Most frustrating is receiving a top labelled XS (I am under 5ft and weigh 106lbs), but which can fit a very large person, with sleeves hanging some 6 inches below my wrist. This incorrect sizing happens over and over again. I am done, it is too frustrating and tiring to communicate again and again and to make repeated trips to UPS.

Recieved a damaged product.

Recieved a damaged shirt with two holes in the front. Product is unworn, with tags still attached. Lucky does not allow online exchanges, and only offers a return option. They charge $8 in shipping to return THEIR DAMAGED ITEM. (No stores near me for the "free exchange" in store.) I was probably naive to think this brand had improved their quality. Lame policy for a defective product. Never again.

I ordered pants 32 waist by 31 length.

I ordered pants 32 waist by 31 length.. they made me sent them photos with proof. Then tried to trick me by saying it's right. It should say 31x32 to be correct (which is FALSE). Then they jsut want me to return them and waist all of my time and money and everything without any discounts or anything in the future.

ZERO stars - HORRIBLE customer service

Would give ZERO stars, but that's not an option here.

I placed an order, and as it was going through noticed the delivery address was incorrect. I called them 2 minutes later to try to change the shipping address or cancel the transaction completely and would go back and fix the mistake. Customer service said there's nothing they could do after an order has been placed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they'd have to call me back as all the supervisors were helping other callers. NEVER got a call back. Will now have to report it as never receiving my order after the fact. HORRIBLE way to do business. Will NEVER buy from them again.

Terrible online buying.

They offer "expedited shipping" for $20 but they ship it the exact same day in the exact same method anyway. You don't get it faster. They just take and pocket $20 for literally nothing. And it's impossible to cancel, so you better order 3 weeks in advance, at the latest.

Dear Lucky Brand Customer Service,

Dear Lucky Brand Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the advertisements for your Addison line. I was appalled by the overtly sexual and pornographic nature of the window marketing display. Such imagery is not only highly inappropriate but also offensive and damaging—especially in a public setting where families, children, and community members are exposed to it. Even more troubling, your store is located directly next to Lego, a playground, a kids’ arcade, baby stores, and other family-centered businesses. This placement makes the marketing choice especially irresponsible and extremely poor judgment.
I have already filed complaints with the store where I witnessed the display and with the mall management. However, I believe it is equally important to communicate my concerns directly to Lucky Brand as the source of this advertising.
Your brand has long been associated with quality and style, but this campaign undermines that reputation. I urge Lucky Brand to reconsider the use of such explicit and inappropriate advertising and to adopt marketing that reflects respect, responsibility, and inclusivity.
Please confirm that my complaint has been received and advise what steps your company intends to take to address this matter.
