I highly recommend and trust Lucas divestore for both (valuable) purchases and its packaging.
Moreover, their "sendspeed" is really ASAP (As soon as possible)!
My experience: from my request, lucas divestore sent my purchase ASAP and I recieved it firmly packaged and sealed with plastic "one-time opening" straps.
My only improvementrequest is that they will use an other packetdeliveryservice. DPD-experience is awful :-(

I have been waiting for the fins for…
I have been waiting for the fins for over 8 weeks. The site has 3-5 business days when I purchased. Later they said 3-6 weeks for my letter!!! I've been waiting for more than 8 (!) weeks, but they didn't even say it would be more. I do not recommend this company!!!

Best online diving shop!
One of the best online shops I ever ordered from!! Everything comes fast and reliable and the customer service is friendly and efficient. Recently I had to return an item (size change) which was handled in an uncomplicated professional way and within two days I had the right size at home. Top!

They are hiding bad reviews about their products
I wrote a review about one of their products, a bad one as the quality of the product is very poor, but the review never got posted. Honesty is the most important criteria of a webshop so they get one star until they post the review.
