Lucas Furniture Reviews 

We visted over the August Bank holiday attending on both Sunday and again on Monday to confirm an order. On first visit the first person to greet us was Soraya who described the store layout and acknowledged our wish to browse alone. We spent several hours in store and were also assisted by Adam who acknowledged that we were considering a particular sofa and suggested that we could pay a deposit to take a book of swatches to help with our decision.

We returned the next day to place our order and met with Soraya and after she patiently answering numerous questions and covered various colour options we were ready to place a firm order. She sought guidance from a manager to confirm how the sofa would be delvered to ensure it would come into the house with ease to reassure us.

Although we have yet to take delivery of our purchase, based on our initial experience we are very confident that we won't be dissapointed with our choice and service based on our visit to the shop.

Great to find a local business who can offer good prices backed up with personal service. Adam was able to help us navigate the Ercol sofa range (also manufactured locally) and finalise fabric choices. Looking forward to delivery before Christmas!!

We had a brilliant experience at Lucas Furniture. The shop has a fantastic range of furniture and we found exactly what we were looking for.

A huge shout-out to Stuart, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our visit. He gave us plenty of time to think and make our decision without rushing us and he struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. He’s a fantastic member of staff and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Marie was attentive and explained our options to us clearly. She showed us what we wanted and offered us alternatives to try. She was friendly and we appreciated the care she gave to other customers while helping us. She made the process easy!

Lovely spacious showroom. James was attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Excellent service from Marie Raeburn this morning. She spent a lot of time and talked me through all the options when purchasing my new mattress.

Just come back from Lucas Furniture. We were looking for a new sofa and chairs. We have shopped there on a number of occasions and have always had excellent service. Today was no exception. Adam, from downstairs and Stuart from upstairs helped us choose a new sofa and two chairs. We matched the furniture we wanted and both Adam and Stuart patiently helped us with fabric and colour matching until we were happy with what we finally chose. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks, we are looking forward to our new furniture and will definitely be back early next year to purchase more items once our building work is complete.

We visited Lucas Furniture Aylesbury to look at beds.
Chloe in the beds department was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We were not disappointed and purchased a bed with a fairly quick delivery date.

Easy laid back experience purchasing a sofa from Lucas’s. Stuart was very helpful allowed us to take home fabric samples to match colour then made the ordering very simple. Will buy from them again.

The Lucas store is a beautiful store with a wide selection of gorgeous furniture. I could have gone mad and bought so many things. Unfortunately, I was only looking for one comfortable armchair. I was left to wander and try out different chairs, which was great. Eventually, I found the right armchair for me at which point Prasad joined me. He explained the various features and I decided on fabric etc. Then the sale was concluded. Simply, efficiently. It felt that nothing was too much trouble. Today, I received an e mail from Prasad confirming anticipated delivery date. Very happy with Prasad. Will definitely be back for any other furniture requirements.

Marie Raeburn was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with, when choosing our mattress.

We went to Lucas World of Furniture yesterday to look for a new mattress.
We were welcomed by Marie in the bed section, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.
She was very attentive but also gave us the space to try out the many mattresses during our time there.
We ended up spending 3 hours there, although it didn’t feel that long.
Marie, you are exceptional and a credit to Lucas Furniture! They are very lucky to have you.

Had two very positive experiences when visiting Lucas Furniture. One, a few months ago, when we first met James Forsyth who was very informative and helpful at the time and the second, today, when I went back to make the purchase.
James was very approachable, personable and informative about the products and the process.

Revisited the store today having changed our minds about our earlier order. Jim could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our new choice. I highly commend his knowledge, guidance and support.
