As returning customers to Lucas we always enjoy browsing the extensive range of furniture available in their large showroom. We would like to thank Stuart Thorn for his help and guidance whilst we looked around the store today. Stuart always makes the effort when we visit to ensure our shopping experience is successful and he takes time to ensure that we, as customers, are properly looked after to the very high standards that Lucas expects. Customer care and focus is increasingly rare these days in so many organisations, so when it is done well, it is nice to recognise it and say thank-you. So thank you Stuart !

Having bought a sofa from Lucas 22 years ago - we thought it was time for a new one. The selection of sofas was amazing, staff were on hand to help if you needed it but left us alone when requested - there was no high pressure sales. When we had narrowed down our choice Beverley helped us so much on the Stressless collection. We finally decided on a full sofa/ chair set and again the help we received from Sernia was brilliant. Once we decided what we wanted she checked and rechecked the order before passing us to John to complete the money side of things. All three staff were excellent and a credit to the company.

The quality of service at this store is outstanding. There's time to look around and explore (there's plenty of choice to suit everyones budget) with the customer service team available if you wish to speak with them. We've shopped here many times and wouldn't go anywhere else - Very highly recommended. Our salesman Stuart - was very helpful and professional making this a pleasant experience.

Feeling sure of what I wanted, James Forsyth helped me to create an order identifying exactly what I needed. Having got home and thinking I was better to see how things would fit piece by piece, because I acted immediately and before the order was placed, James was able to reduce the order at no additional cost.
All the team were very pleasant and I think with such a varied range, it is great place to look when choosing your next item of furniture.

I had a really great experiance purchasing a sofa from Lucas Furniture. Alistair Framp was particularily helpful and was not pushy. I was able to take my time and compare and contrast several sofa's. The process of ordering and delivery timings were explained and the whole process went smoothly.

We visited the store with the intention to just look around and see if anything caught our eye. We saw a couple of different chairs which we were undecided about. We were approached by James Forsyth, asking if we had any questions. He was very helpful, even moving one of the chairs so that we could see them next to each other. We were in the store a long time but never felt any pressure from James or any other staff. This enabled us to take our time and eventually (over lunch in the lovely cafe) felt ready to make our decision. James was very professional and gave us all the information about the chairs including estimated delivery time. We are looking forward to receiving our chairs.

We had an excellent experience at Lucas Furniture. We were looked after by Soraya who was extremely knowledgeable about the items we were purchasing and explained exactly what we should do in respect of aftercare. She also worked within our budget. We can highly recommend Lucas.

This was our second visit and we ended up buying sofa, chair and bar stools! We were welcomed by Adam who was very helpful directing us to collections that matched our requirements. We then went upstairs and were served by Beverley who helped us make decisions and also gave us practical things to consider. We are very pleased with our purchases!

This was a very positive buying experience. In store we met Chloe who whilst admitting that beds was her real area of expertise she was exceptionally knowledgeable about the sofas we were interested in. Her approach went a considerable way to make us buy two sofas there and then. She even stayed after her departure time to complete all the necessary paperwork and make sure that we were happy with every aspect of our purchase etc. We never once felt pressurised during the process and left the store feeling very positive about our visit.

We ordered our new sofa and have just had our confirmation of order through. The process was really easy and the options available in store were excellent. We were greeted by Beverly who introduced herself and showed us to our potential fabric options. We didn’t feel pressured and she was available whenever needed some advice or questions answered. The purchase process was smooth and she answered all our questions in a professional manner. Although we haven’t received our sofa yet. The service we have received so far has been excellent! I had a fabulous experience with Marie at Lucas Furniture. Marie is incredibly knowledgeable about beds, particularly the different comfort ratings and how personal the right level of comfort is to each individual. She really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, helping me try different options and guiding me towards the perfect choice.

Marie was friendly, patient and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and enjoyable. I came away feeling completely confident in my decision and really excited for my new bed to arrive! Exceptional customer service — I couldn’t recommend Marie highly enough.

Marie and Adam were incredibly helpful (and patient!) whilst we picked out a new bed and dining table. They were super friendly and professional, the showroom is stunning, and we never felt under pressure to make a decision. We will definitely be back again!

Lucas have an impressive airy showroom with a huge choice of products on display. Parking is easy. Service was excellent. Marie gave us plenty of time to browse on our own but was on hand when we needed advice. Her friendly demeanour & product knowledge turned the daunting task of choosing a bed into a pleasure. Marie guided us through the various options until we concluded with exactly what we wanted.

Have used Lucas Furniture many times over the years and once again the service we received was excellent.
