This company own and manage Your Move…

This company own and manage Your Move Brighton and Hove who are
WITHHOLDING RENT FROM A RECENTLY WIDOWED LANDLORD – DISGUSTING
Absolutely appalled by Your Move Brighton. They are currently withholding rent money that belongs to my recently widowed aunt. Instead of supporting a vulnerable client during an incredibly difficult time, they are keeping her funds. We have been forced to hire a solicitor just to get the money she is legally owed. Completely heartless, zero communication, and utterly unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs if you expect to actually receive your rent.

Cannot believe what I have heard

Cannot believe what I have heard, threw a cat out onto the streets and locked the door - no respect. Any decent human being would have contacted Cats Protection or similar. Disgusting behaviour...all about the money I guess.

Incompetent and stressful

This company owns yourmove and quite frankly yourmove is aptly named. This company are completely incompetent and unfortunately the government don't have the regulatory regime to either assist landlords or tenants.
If you want to avoid a stressful life then stay away from anything to do with this group of companies.

I just want a viewing but they never reply!!!

Ive just been making an enquiry about a property they have for sale and they do not pick up their phone, they do not call you back, they do not reply to your emails and they do not reply to enquiry forms. How anyone ever gets to actually even view a place with them is beyond me, let alone buy one!! Highly unprofessional.

Terrible experience

*Originally, i posted this review on Bellway's page, but was told that even though my issue was with them, i needed to move my review to LSL Properties page, despite them only being the messenger.*

Recently had an accepted offer on a property where the seller had part exchanged and the house was now being sold by Bellway who were using LSL Properties as an intermediary.

We were fully aware that the current owners new build house would be ready in December and therefor the current owners would keep occupancy of the house that we were purchasing until then, which was fine.

Massive red flags came a few days later when we were asked for a £17k non refundable deposit immediately before any surveys had taken place of the property and almost 6 months before we were due to exchange contracts.

Further red flags came when Katie, the sales advisor told us that we needed to find a solicitor that "wasn't difficult" and "who would work to Bellways terms" in response to ours telling us to avoid the company and to not agree to anything until nearer the move in date.

I've found reviews on Trustpilot where these new builds have been delayed by up to 6 months, meaning we would definitely have lost our money, or had an infinite wait for the owners of the house we're buying to get their new Bellway home.

Cash upfront, a very pushy sales tactics and homes delayed all stinks of cashflow problems, and it's even worse that they hide behind LSL.

A rude, overpricing company

I have had an issue with a broken glass for a window where we are staying. They are the most disgusting company and extremely impertinent!!!!

I have explained them that we are planning for a child and not to stress us too much; well their behaviour was to start a conflict, talk rude and aggressively, be insensitive, overprice hugely the works...huuuugely, and to bother us at the phone continuously.

Funny that their behaviour was not by any mean so aggressive in makimg sure that the unheated kitchen of the rental will have a heating device installed for a year!!!!! The 'not a stressing behaviour' was translated into 17 emails sent back and forth and 5 phone calls and the issues still not fixed. Just some arguing mediocre company, definitely not there to act with sensitivity and respect towards any people!!!! I would not even allow the whole department in sheffield to exist and i would definitely not allow them as a service on the market. Not sure how the hell they got to 80 millions revenue. Probably from overpricing the works from poor people that do not understand what they pay for. They wanted to trick us into changing a whole window at the bathroom for 1 sheet of a broken glass!!!! Quite interesting!!!!

Stuart Gill in the sales progression…

Stuart Gill in the sales progression department is absolutely outstanding and a credit to his company. From start to finish kept me informed and advised me on what I need to do to make sure my house sale went through as smoothly as possible. Delighted with the service from Stuart, thank you for helping me purchase my first home!!

Downright RUDE

I received a call to a reception line of the company i work for asking to speak to the CEO, after asking the caller a few questions regarding who he is/what the call was regarding (as per procedure in any and most businesses), "Ashley" was blunt, rude and refused to give me his details to pass on stating he's "in and out of the office all the time so it's not convenient" I probed some more about the reason for his call, what company he is from and he stated 'ahh you know what, nevermind' and hung up. Downright rude and uncalled for.
