Be Sure is the worst company I have ever used. Their installer left us with a leaking pipe which caused much damage.
Therefore I filed a complaint 6 months ago and they have still not responded.
Do not touch them with a barge pole.
I bought and had an ideal boiler installed in 2023 it was a recall last winter it broke down took over 3 months to sort it out I have now spoken to citizens advice about it they saying that if the boiler that has been fitted does not heat all radiators it’s not big enough to heat 3 floors as I have 7 double radiators which is classed as 14 singles and 2 single radiators far to much for the ideal 2 to compensate.
No volumizing was done in each room to say how many radiators were present so now boiler again this year will not heat every radiator so some will not heat up so be careful as there is only 2 year warranty with ideal 2 boilers !!!!
