Disappointed.

I still have not received my order after ordering it over a week ago. I have emailed Lowplex with no response. I have tried ringing them, only to find that they don’t answer the phone and I can only leave a message.
I am a returning customer, I’ve ordered from them many times but this is the worst experience I have ever had. Not good Lowplex, very disappointed.

Such an excellent company

A really quick delivery of excellent books all pristine condition and packed with care I will definitely be using you again I couldn't be more pleased with my books

Great price but came damaged

Great price, super fast shipping to the US. But I was disappointed when I received my books. Every single one had some sort of damage, ranging from creases on the covers to peeling spines and damaged edges. I don't know if these damages occurred in transit, but maybe securing the books in bubble wrap or something similar would help prevent this in the future.
