Issue with Order – Poor Print Quality and Unexpected Import Charges

I recently received my order from your store, which was shipped via FedEx from the UK.

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the books. The print quality is much lower than expected. The paper appears dark and the printing is not very clear, which is very different from the quality of children’s books typically sold in the United States. Because of this, I was concerned that the books might not be authentic editions.

In addition, I was surprised to receive a $35.90 import duty and clearance charge from FedEx after the delivery. This was not disclosed during checkout, and I would not have placed the order if I had known that additional import charges would apply.

Regarding the import charges, we pay for customs fees before shipping, so we’re unsure why you were charged. We will investigate this with our courier and update you as soon as possible.

Outstanding Exchange

I was greatly impressed with this experience. I found the series I was looking for, at a price I liked! The shipping was fast and they provided tracking every step of the way. I will be using this service again.

Wrong shipping was entered by Shop app

Wrong shipping was entered by Shop app. Sent an email immediately to have the correct address updated. No reply and was shipped 2 days later anyway without the correct address.

UPDATE:
Refund issued without a problem. Did receive timely communication about the refund.
