Selection of boots available

I bought some football boots and they sent me the wrong ones which they even made me pay delivery for. They did not acknowledge or show any remorse for advertising a false item on their website. I emailed them and also reported to them countlessly from their website but they simply were not replying or acknowledging me. I ordered my boots 2 months ago and they still have not done nothing, I have sent the boots back using their link well over a month ago and I still have not received a refund or anything not even replies of me asking them about the returned item. They are not taking no accountability for their behaviour as I have been left with no boots or funds to buy new boots in the mean time. Now they expect me to send them proof of the receipt after 2 months out of malice more than it being a necessity as they would be able to see from their return link provided to me if the item has been returned to the post office and received by them. I checked multiple times and they had received the boots but I just don’t have the receipt which is realistic. Those guys are a multiple million pound business trying to steal from poor people like me. I hope they get what they deserve. Worst place ever!l with the worst customer service. No care or accountability shown!

Ordered some AG boots, £100, product was terrible quality, claimed it was a 'pro' boot, more akin to a £30 product. Returned item, provided proof of postage, chased by email many times, still waiting for my refund, terrible service.

I have received 2 emails from the company today;

The second email confirms date for delivery of order but has an attachment for return of order l never received.

Coming up to 4 weeks and still waiting for a refund. I returned the boots with the return label they provided. And it's been sent to their supplier. Even though the label says lovell on it. Apparently it's not their fault. And they are investigating before issuing a refund.
I REPEAT... I RETURNED THE BOOTS WITH THE LABEL THAT THEY PROVIDED. AND APPARENTLY ITS BEEN SENT TO THEIR SUPPLIER!
They won't offer refund until they've located it. Even though I sent it with THEIR RETURNS LABEL.
Very poor service
Customer service are poor. No interest in helping. They just keep repeating previous emails.

I ordered two pairs of boots on next day delivery and they never arrived or even got dispatched. This has happened to others too. Do not buy from this company.

AVOID!!!!!!They have taken my money - no delivery of football boots.
They have gone silent. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. I think this business is in financial trouble. AVOID!!!!!

I bought an expensive pair of shoes from this retailer, they arrived quickly and upon opening them I knew immediately they wouldn't fit.

I emailed the support team who informed me I could return them for a full refund, mind you they have not been worn and are in pristine condition with the tags still on.

Do not purchase from this company unless you expect no problems from the shoes you've ordered as you will have to fight for your refund, even when returned quickly and unworn.

Returned order, one month later still waiting for a refund and ignoring my messages, no contact from them at all. Avoid.

Recieved boots in a completely damaged box, was a present for my son's birthday! Contacted them to ask for a refund on delivery charge and told me that the box is there to protect the boots and no refund... laughable really especially after paying £6 for delivery.
