Bought a new Lions Hoody, and a cheap Kooga t-shirt. The hoody was £20 cheaper than anywhere else, and the t-shirt was a fiver, although the listing didn't mention that it's a technical material... See more

Love Lovell as a Collector
I've been buying from Lovell Since 2019, they have always been reliable and have seriously competitive prices, sometimes cheaper than some renowned sporting stores for the exact same official gear. I'm from South Africa and most off the Springbok kit and other SA Franchise team kit isn't available in South Africa even, but it is on Lovell. I'm a collector and would advise making use of the site or app!

Can NOT get a straight answer
I wrote this email to Lovell Rugby.
If the product is NOT the correct size and I wish to return, please tell me, who pays for the return. Regards.
They just WILL not give me a straight answer. Their web site Does Not say what the policy is either.
How do you trust me to buy from you?
,,......
Replying to your comment.
There is no order number. Before I order I want to read and know your CLEAR policy of who pays for returns. Your answer is not good enough. It is like you are hiding the truth.
