First of all, I would like to say quality is fine, nevertheless real appearance differs quite a bit from webpage images and product size is bigger than expected according to sizeguide. To summarize, value for cost is improvable.
In terms of support, presales response is fast and kind when asking for product details but becomes unprofessional and even absent as soon as problems appear. In my case, I asked for return of my Domenico boots and had no feedback till one week later. Their excuse was to have assisted a shoe fair with no client support available. I understood as a logical circumstance for a small manufacturer, but problems with refund had just started.
It´s important to point out returns are not free, client must face return delivery by it´s own means. On top of this, after a lot of invested energy and time in several calls and improductive messages to Lordh support, I realized only UPS courier is feasible when returning the goods, this strange requirement is not mentioned in advance when return instructions are given. So to my surprise, my parcel got stuck for several days at chosen courier with no chance to deliver. In conclusion, after few weeks I have given up and will have my parcel back in coming days. It´s obvious Lordh is not willing to refund unsatisfied clients by adding difficulties to logistics flow on purpose.
I have bought dozens of good quality-similar cost shoes online, asking for refund few times before, and never faced such scenario. I plan to give the boots to my father-in-law and never trust Lordh again.
