Booking made with ease online, i even had a cheeky discount code.
Changed the car i wanted to leave, i amended my booking with no issues at all, it literally took seconds online.
Arrived at the airport, parked with ease, good clear instructions.
Checked car in, dropped keys, again clear instructions and took minutes.
Good shuttle service to actual terminal.
Return, equally as smooth.
Fantastic service, start to finish.

Don't book with this company. No way of contacting them whe you need help and it costs less to book direct total waste of time, appalling customer service and none contactable by telephone

I booked a Park at the airport and about 30mins later I got a text message from the carpark saying that they could not take our booking. The text message said to cancel it on Looking4 website. I did that and then they want to keep the booking fee. So I lose money to a scam website that takes orderes and then keeps your money... WARNING TO ALL.... DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES

I have made several attempts to book a car park, but the payment hasn't been processed. It doesn't load. Fix this

Terrible customer service. Website worked and took payment. And then nothing. Tried to ask for my money back and got seven different people replying to my emails giving proof and answers screen shots and everything else they asked for.

I have booked airport parking through Looking4 many times and they are quick to respond when booking and with any changes I request. The cost is also very competitive and they give a wide choice of options.

Made two bookings in for my husband and i. Husband arrived with the booking to be told it did not exist! called the help line, new number given which did not exist, email bounced back, now busy trying to resolve with bank and PayPal. we have had to book again and pay again! Husband had to run to the flight and just made it.

Trying to amend time of arrival at parking, but everytime I try on my email it says Download failed, I only want to drop my car off 2hrs early

terrible experience. When booking, the website came up with “Technical Issue”. my payment showed in account as pending.
tried to book twice same technical issue.
As leaving fir airport, booked an alternative parking and got this confirmed.
On arrival at airport the booking had gone through despite the technical issues.
Tried to cancel as obviously not aware booking had gone through. no cancelled available and Looking4 parking refusing a refund.
Poor show if that’s good customer service i’m sorry it’s a disgrace.

I have used Looking4parking for a good number of years and I have had to make the odd change to my booking. I was able to adjust or change my booking or on occasion I have had to cancel altogether.
I am so impressed with the company on this occasion when I was involved in a serious single vehicle car crash on my way to the car park. I was in intensive care for over 2 weeks and it was nearly 3 weeks before I could ring or text Looking4parking. They almost immediately refunded me even though they were not technically responsible for the no show.
I would highly recommend this company for all your parking needs.

I am going through a lot of headache about looking4parking .
I made payment since yesterday, no confirmation email, no reference number, no one to call, and my flight is tomorrow early morning, I don't know what to do, this is frustrating.

Brilliant service once again from Looking4.com when asked to deal with a change to my booked parking times and flight numbers. This was not the first time they have helped me in situations like this,with swift action and fantastic communication. I will never book parking with anyone else as they are first class.
