Dire Experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We paid for Meet & Greet through the Bluelight Card and did not receive the service on either drop off or pick up! On arrival the directions provided took us to a car park that you had to pay to get out of! The staff told us we had gone to the wrong car park and asked us for £6 to get out of it and take our car to their facility! He also told us that ‘we weren’t on their list for meet and greet that day’! On the return journey it got so much worse! Very unprofessional staff who took no responsibility for the lack of service and especially on our return where we were left calling the number on the email for over two hours at 3-am in the morning. This was the number they had answered on drop off, but just kept either being engaged or ringing off. We called them 48 times as we didn’t know what else to do. My husband had to google their premises and walk over leaving me at the airport with our cases. We thought this was a scam and we had paid a company to steal our car! The staff at the facility took no responsibility for the situation and certainly didn’t care that we were understandably very upset by the situation. They asked my husband what number we had been calling and he called it, but it was engaged and he said ‘well I can’t answer a phone that’s engaged!’ This had happened numerous times on calling the number. My husband pointed out that the phone at the side of him was not engaged! He continued to try to call the number and eventually it started to ring, but the phone on his desk was not ringing. The man then said ‘well I can’t answer a phone that’s not ringing!’ My husband once again pointed out that no one was on the phone at the side of him! Absolutely no responsibility, care or apology for the compete lack of the service we had paid for and the trauma this caused us! I panic much quicker than my husband ever does, but he was gravely concerned that we had been scammed. I was near hysterical after two hours of calling the company. The man even told my very understandably upset husband that ‘he had better improve his attitude or he wouldn’t get our car keys back’! I cannot tell you how unprofessional this company are, the lack of ownership is staggering. I have written an email to Sky Park Secure at their head office in Manchester over four days ago and they have not even responded to it!
Skylark Secure has asked me to edit this post because they are only the booking agent - as far as I am concerned this company are who I booked through and have to take responsibility for the booking as they stand as the banner that I booked through and trusted was a good company. Essentially they are the representative of Imagine at Liverpool Airport and if those companies they represent are not offering a good and trustworthy professional service then they should not be a booking agent for them. On top of that I have made an official complaint 5 days ago and that is the first I have heard that my complaint has been forwarded to Image! If you are happy to have your name as the booking agent you are also responsible! No change to my review and in fact the no response from Sky Park Secure until I posted on here makes their company look even worse!

1st class service

After returning from a nightmare holiday it was already pleasure to meet these two lads in the office. After forgetting where I parked they were both very friendly and very helpful, located my car and even took mevround to it. Highly recommend this service.

Zero customer service

I booked meet-and-greet parking at Heathrow through SkyParkSecure, and my booking was fulfilled by a company called Kwik Park.

A couple of weeks after returning home, I received a parking fine for my car being in a local car park at a time when I was actually on a plane — before I had even landed back in the UK.

I contacted SkyParkSecure, who told me they are only a third party and that I needed to deal directly with Kwik Park. I then called Kwik Park, and the representative asked me to text over the fine notice so they could get it cancelled. I did this and received a reply confirming that the fine had been taken care of.

However, I have now received another letter demanding £100, and the appeal window has already closed — meaning I cannot even dispute it directly with ParkingEye.

I have tried contacting all parties involved again, but I am struggling to get any response or resolution. There are no clear escalation routes or alternative contact options, which is extremely frustrating.

This situation has caused me a huge amount of stress — I’ve lost sleep over it and feel physically unwell from the anxiety. The letter is now threatening court action for something I did not do. I paid for a service in good faith, and this is simply not acceptable.

I would strongly advise others not to use this service.

AMOEBA VERSION 2

My initial negative but HONEST review of poor customer attention to detail, prompted a response - something a phone call or electronic contacting - failed to do.
The obviously ignored the concerns I raised and requested me to improve my star ratings.
How difficult is it to understand they provide poor support, do not understand concerns and are stubborn in their policies.
An unfriendly user web page produced a fast track credit for one person but my booking was for two passengers.
Their reply was to book another credit at an ADDITIONAL COST ?
Needless to say if I could provide a minus star rating I would

Our customer service team can be contacted via our contact form, live chat and social media.

When making the initial search on the website there is a drop down to enter the number of guests and we can only apologise if only one guest was entered.

As payment had only been made for one fast track payment would need to be made if you would like to book any additional fast track passes.

I can view our customer service team did response and we advised we cannot add an extra fast track pass as it is not secure to take payment over live chat or social media, we did provided the link where you could purchase any additional passes.

Whilst we are sorry that you feel our customer service did not support you, in viewing the email trail, our customer service team did provide all the correct and relevant information and processes.

My self and my family was suppose to…

My self and my family was suppose to travel to srilanka due to the war we couldn’t fly as the airline was kept cancelling our flights till the last minute on 18th march ,however sky park still manage to refund our car parking even when we had passed our cancellation period and they processed our refund so quick, and the customer service was really great.and i would definitely book my future airport car park with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked a meet and greet service at East Midlands airport for four nights of parking. The booking wasn't cheap. Once I had made the payment for my booking I received an email informing me that I would also have to pay the entrance and exit fee at the airport carpark, an additional £12. I have used meet and greet services a number of times in the past and have never had to do this. Tried to call them immediately to cancel my booking but they were closed over the weekend.
I contacted the company and was pretty much told its in the small print - it certainly isnt made clear during the booking process. I would advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere! Absolute disgrace of a company and a complete rip off!
And in response to the reply from Skypark, I have since been through the booking procedure twice more and still can't see where that information is written so I'd suggest its pretty well hidden. Hidden because they know its disgusting on top of what they have already charged!

Prior to the car park being selected and the booking being made the website advised there was an additional drop off/ pick up fee, this was on the car park summary. Under more information, this advised Airport charges are payable at the drop off / Collection £6 for 30 mins.

The information is not within the small print this is clearly advised under the car park summary and further information is provided under more information.

We advise all customer to read all the available information prior to selecting the car park and making the booking.

Unfortunately our flights to Oz has…

Unfortunately our flights to Oz has been cancelled . I explained the situation to SkyPark Secure via email saying I no longer need the parking space and straight away they replied saying the refundable monies will be back in my bank within 72 hrs.
I think that is excellent service .

My Flight was cancelled due to the War in the Middle East

My Flight was cancelled due to the War in the Middle East with only less than 24 hour notice before departure.

Staff at SKYParksecure kindly issued me a Full refund after I had made them aware of this issue.

Airline cancelled flight, needed to change arrival time

My airline cancelled my flight so I had to change the time of arrival, the customer support were fantastic very understanding and sorted out my problem with no fuss.

I’ve used this company loads of times and this is the second time something went wrong with cancelled flights and both times resolved my problem including changing airports 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Excellent customer service

Having used SkyPark before, I decided to use them again for my upcoming trip. Their customer service has been exceptional. I initially booked the wrong day but easily changed it. Then after my holiday was cancelled I rebooked for my new holiday. The service was excellent and incredibly fast – a rarity these days.
