Item selection was normal
Item selection was normal.
Payment normal.
Delivery was when said it would be.
Box that the 2 bags of coals came in was broken. One bag sounded like there was a few of the brickets had crumbled. Not had to use them yet, so not opened the bag yet. I have given an average score as it was just an average shop for item online

Easy on-line ordering within a reasonable delivery time. Order was accurate & as expected.

Placed an order as a gift of a swing…
Placed an order as a gift of a swing set for my friend on 30th July for delivery on 7th August. Made arrangements for my friend to be at home for delivery, without spoiling the surprise. Received an email today (7th) confirming that delivery would be made with an estimated time of 1.20pm then received an email advising that the items were now out of stock and they have issued a refund. Having had the order on 30th July, surely this should have been reserved? Oh no, they just inform me on the day that the items were out of stock.
Appalling service and as a result, Longacres will not enjoy my custom again.

Thank you for your feedback, we are deeply sorry for the disappointment caused as discussed via email, this was due to an administrative error which regrettably meant that the item you purchased was oversold and on the day of the delivery it was discovered that there was no more in stock, this is why you were immediately refunded once we were aware of this error. Once again please accept our apologies.
All departments involved have been made aware of this situation so that it is not to be repeated again.
