London Property Inspections Reviews 

I found the London Property Inspections (LPI) online onlly a few days ago. My experience dealing with the company has been nothing short of excellent. I will recommend the LPI for the following:
1- Competitive pricing
2 - Accommodated my urgent schedule
3 - Outstanding customer service (Marked out for recognition are Daniel and most especially Allison Walker who went beyond the call of duty to ensure all my concerns were resolved completely in a timely manner.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS - Stay well clear. Dont be fooled by their presence on google search. They will use the opportunity to fleece you

Negative review isn't enough for them. Communication is a minus 10 stars and they initially did an EICR and told me it passed, then when magically told me it didn't and it would cost £800 to fix. A week later after daily promises they returned to do the work, but found more work was required. DREADFUL COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolute scammers the lot of them. A service quoted for x amount on their website ends up costing 4 times more by the time they are done if ever

Booked emergency lighting testing, and got a quick appointment, very competitively priced and excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!

LPI has assisted us in complying with the new Regulations of the Westminster Council on EICR. The Staff especially Allison was very friendly and cooperative. They have done an excellent job and we would recommend to our associates and friends.

I recently used London Property Inspections.co.uk for electrical work and reports. Their team was prompt, professional, and completed the jobs on time, which I appreciated. Booking online was straightforward, and their services offer good value for money. While there were minor delays in communication for some documentation, overall, the experience was positive, and I would recommend them and consider using them again in the future.

Very quick and efficient service

The technicians are good but the customer service team are constantly trying to upcharge you for things you don't really need or understand. My advice to you is go somewhere else that makes things easy to understand. My advice to London Property Inspections is do a job first time and stop preying on customers.

I paid for an inspection and then believed that would be it and I would have my compliant EICR report based on what the inspector had said.

I was a little shocked when I recieved a report saying that I needed to pay £899 or £799 for someone to come back and redo all of my electrics. I did agree for a technician to come back for an smaller fee of £85 and he moved one wire which easily could have been changed during the inspection and saving everyone time. When I finally recieve the report it is for 2 years rather than the 5 years expected, based on some very nebulous issues.

London Property inspection is an excellent service provider, I have used them on several occasions and happy to say they have never let me down
They are fast accurate on time and will act precisely & efficiently to meet any deadline
I would have no hesitation in recommending LPI to any business or Residental owners

Excellent service and value for money. I use LPI for all gas certification for a small portfolio of properties. Their robust appointment system removes the usual pain points when arranging for renewals and their prices are very competetive. Always professional, polite and very accommodating.

Customer service answered my call immediately and addressed my questions promptly( I was checking the time of arrival of electrician ). They are very helpful. When I called next day for certificate, they immediately emailed me. Quick response, excellent service!
