I recently used London Property Inspections for my PAT testing and was really pleased with the service. The technician was punctual, friendly, and efficient, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free.

I received my certificate promptly, and everything was clearly explained.

Quick and efficient gas certificate for our house

They quote a nice low figure for electrical certificate inspection for £79.99, then they fail you and ask for £799 worth of remedial work to pass for option 1, option 2 was £499 and option 3 was £149. They shouldn't advertise £79.99 for electrical certificate. That is just for assessment where they will then find issues and come back with lots of things to improve. This is not how you deliver a good customer experience. The marketing and google advertising doesn't match the service being delivered.

I then hired a local electrician who came and did the recommended top option for £149.
