A very robust raised loft boarding system. Far better than the stilts system you get from DIY stores. The chipboard deck is completely rigid when complete.
My only complaint would be the online instructions are not that helpful when working with non-standard attics (which were the standard in the 18th century!)
There is very little in the way of diagrams and relies too much on written description. I went for the compact design option because my joists are 150mm allowing meaning the top layer of insulation is not as thick. All worked perfectly.

Second time using the Loftzone store product and great experience again. Simple to use, no real skill needed to install, cost effective and creates a stable loft floor with space for the all important insulation. I have no reservations about using it again or recommending it to others.

Brilliant product, can't fault it, but let down by poor customer support.
Before ordering I had a technical question re how it would fit into my loft. I left several emails but didn't receive any response. I called the phone line, explained my question, and was told somebody would call me back - they never did.
So I bit the bullet and ordered a 1.8mx3.6m kit which arrived within about a week (Yes, I did get a call from the couriers the day before they delivered). It took about a day to install and I'm very impressed, but I'm left with 2 and a half metal beams and 4 boards (I was expecting 1) surplus. Could this have been avoided if my question had been answered? We'll never know, but at least I have some spares ready if I ever decide to expand the area boarded!

great service,and a fantastic product.Before i started i watched lots of videos on youtube,but to be honest it was very easy to fit ,just take your time.Thank you Loftzone great product.I highly recommend it to any one thinking of boarding their loft.

Excellent price and delivered efficiently

Now we can safely use our loft. The system has proven to be a good solution to a problematic loft space, and could be installed with basic DIY home improvement skills.

I bought the wooden shelf beam loft shelving kits. The product itself is great. Easy to put together and does the job perfectly.

My only issue is in the delivery. When you order, it says the delivery company will be in touch to arrange a suitable date/time. The first I knew that it was being delivered was when I got a phone all that they were outside my house (and I was away with work). They will just leave the items on a wooden pallet outside your house which is what happened, less than ideal.

Loft zone, great product but please get a better delivery provider

A good system. On hindsight I should have put a line down to position the legs. On the 1.8m beams they need a slot in the centre point of the beam so it's easier to find the screw hole in the Uni leg. At 450mm centre joists the middle Unileg is dead centre.
But overall a strong, robust system with ample space for additional insulation.

Very pleased with my purchase of the raised floor kit. Simple to install. Solid fixtures and helped transform storage space in the loft. Highly recommended and customer experience was very simple and well informed of status.

I cannot fault my "Loftzone" experience,from the ease with which to ascertain the correct pack required for the job, ease of ordering and payment, the speed of delivery and email notification, through to the ease of installation, what a great product, and I feel that it is a stronger, more stable product than other solutions on the market, would definitely use more if required, and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

Cannot fault help from customer service to refine my order and a couple of technical questions, quality of products and ease to fit. I would certainly buy more if I need to expand the loft rea cover.
Minor niggle is the web gives clear indications how the shipper will email in 2 business to days to arrange delivery, call to book a date and deliver in 5 working days. Not at all, just turned up unannounced after a week. Even said I was not the first and it's normal.

We had a few issues with shipping (all on the part of the courier) and the loft zone team were amazing! Resolved everything straight away and ensured we got everything we were meant to. The product is great! Really sturdy to walk on but let us keep our loft well insulated. Thank you Loftzone!

Bought the starter kit for ease. No problems with delivery, came palletised and driver took it into garage for me. All parts accounted for.
Installation was straightforward, I preferred the video to paper instructions.
Used daughter as the load test at the end, no problem noted.

The kit was so easy to fit, it didn’t take long at all. It’s sturdy and does exactly what it’s intended to do, I shall be ordering more to do other sections of my loft,

Very disappointed with the service I received due to a issue with my delivery, rang them to discuss & resolve, was told to email which I did but have never replied, after service is non existent, very disappointing.

Delivered quickly and well packaged.
I ordered enough to do half my loft as a start and was very impressed by how it came. Was expecting huge boxes but actually all very compact and neat and easy to handle.

I was let down by a joiner just before Xmas 2023 and so had to tackle the flooring of our attic myself. I was able to order and collect two kits of Loftzone from our local stockist within 24hrs and this meant we cleared space in our new house for our usual big family dinner on Xmas day.
The product itself is well engineered and a pleasure to install, leaving a very strong floor while allowing the insulation plenty of room to breath! I'll be buying more.

I bought a Store Floor kit from the calculator on the website. The product is fantastic - fitted it all my self (new build home) using the online installation and training videos. I’d say I’m a competent DIY’er but I’ve never done a loft before. If you follow these videos it’s easily do able.
Very sturdy, would 100% recommend
