There is no better place for me to buy gorgeous and cheap gothic clothing online or anywhere else than at Little Booteek. There is no company on this small planet like it!! No other company has a feature like Chooseday, or gives awesome freebies with every order, or holds quizzes and games to win items. We are a weird extended family at Little booteek and Carol is our mum :) Helen, Karen, Becky, Jojo being the older sisters sorta! Sorry if I forgot anyone, all the staff are so so sweet, utterly honest about their opinions on products, fun loving and most importantly don't give a toss about what anyone thinks of them. They are an amazing bunch of people and it's a pleasure to buy from them and interact with them on a daily basis ( on Facebook and Instagram of which I spend a lot of time commenting and liking posts ). The companies' strong social media presence also means you don't miss out on item giveaways, new stuff, reviews on products, best selling items, etc. We all talk and support each other on our own wee page on Facebook and there isn't a day I don't spend looking through the photos all the customers put up. If you're alternative in anyway and looking to buy some great gothic clothes, jewellery, bags, belts you name it, LB is where you want to go ;) much love! xx

Lot cheaper than other sellers of alternative fashion so if you are prepared to wait a little for items they dont keep in stock its well worth it. They have several different offers including a freebie with every order, normally a cute piece of jewellery or other small item which are also available as pay postage only (You have to wait for some free items as they are dispatched separately straight from supplier). Other offers include mystery bundles which is a limited time type offer where you get a suprise parcel of clothing or none clothing items (you can choose bundle type) in your size worth at least double the amount paid, and "Chooseday" where you can make an offer on items not normally on the website which are then ordered in provided your offer is accepted. Theyre a small company, the owner is very involved in what has become a little community and customer service is great because of this. Theres a swap group for items received in mystery bundles and any queries about sizing, how an item looks on etc can be answered swiftly by the group if theyre not answered by Carol herself first. Ive also seen her get things in on request for customers and they offer a payment plan for New rocks/pricier footwear which is such a fab idea.

The girls at little booteek are amazing, they have great deals, they interact with customers via Facebook all day, they are intuitive to what their customers want. They are polite and curtious and will always help you if you need any help with ANYTHING. They have so many give away and my orders have never been without a freebie. I think this is one of the best companies I've ordered from in a long time, I won't shop for clothes anywhere else !

I've been a customer with little booteek for a while now and can't fault them or the products they stock. Alternative clothing at a decent price. Regular auctions and sales. And weekly chooseday. Awesome free gift with every order. Carol, helen, karen and the other ladies are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Customer service is brilliant, got an order issue or question just drop them an email and they will do their best to resolve it. Through their fb group i have met like minded, friendly people. An excellent company! I love shopping with little booteek. Every order comes promptly in the post and in good packaging. I love the random free gifts you get, it's unexpected and makes you feel like a very valued customer. The site is simple to use, and administration are easy to contact if needed. I've recommended Little booteek to many of my friends who also are now huge fans and regular buyers. I've received one package today that I bought from one of the promotion offers "chooseday." It gives you realistic discounts on certain items from different brands each week which suits everyone! I'm now waiting on my "mystery pack" that I ordered this week which is another promotion, where you pay half of what it's worth and it's a complete surprise to what you'll get in the post. It's a very exciting way to shop! LB is my favourite online shop for alternative clothes and I will continue to support them!

Excellent company, the customer service is second to none, and everyone is always extremely helpful with any queries. I love the free gifts in with my parcels, and I love the prices of their items too. Very fairly priced and always amazing quality, from some of my favourite brands. shipping time is always communicated well, and parcels are securely wrapped. A big thumbs up from me!
