I’ve ordered three items from Dracula Clothing so far – two coats and one jacket – and I’m absolutely thrilled.
Both coats are truly wonderful and of outstanding quality. I get an incredible number of compliments every time I wear them. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into both the design and craftsmanship.
For my most recent order, I unfortunately chose the jacket two sizes too large and had to return it. However, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I received a reply within the same hour, was able to send the item back within two days, and had the correctly sized jacket delivered to me just one week later.
Both the product quality and the fast, friendly customer service have completely convinced me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop – an easy five stars!

I had the wrong size and wrong type corset. I had a wonderful interaction via email. The lovely lady helped me out and had so much patience. She helped me out great and told me how to get the correct size. After a while of email traffic. I had a new corset in the mail, she was friendly and helpful. Thank you! It's gonna be amazing on my outfits!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this company; I hadn't heard of them before so I didn't know what to expect, I was just looking for a kraken skirt - the items I received were great quality, the items arrived at my home so quickly, and the customer service was incredible! I purchased black corset once and it's so perfect and comfortable😭but I'm fatter than before so I bought a bigger size this time
Also I chose some different color too, but one item was wrong, I asked if I could change to the right one
Honestly I'm a little bit worried cuz I live in Taiwan. The shipment is complicated.
But CSR said they could sent me right one and i don't need to sent it back

Excellent unique products and excellent support. No problem returning items of the wrong size and get a refund, in spite of being in different countries in the EU.

I paid no attention to the sizing guide and ordered based on my other corsets ….. when the garment arrived, it swamped me! Their support and customer service was nothing short of outstanding and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful bustle corset that fits me perfectly! They even let me change the print on return (the one I really wanted was out of stock when I first ordered). Highly recommended!

My skirt shipped lightning fast to the US (ordered Feb 1, shipped Feb 3, delivered Feb 4), and is a gorgeous piece I am extremely happy to have. Quality and detail are beautiful, and I look forward to shopping here again.

I need to do 2 reviews in one:

10/10 corset: very sturdy, very hight quality, very comfortable and overall I am extremely happy and the corsets are extremely affordable espeicially for suck great quality!

11/10 costumer service: this was one of the best costumer services I have ever experienced! They were super fast to answer my emails, very understanding, helpful and extremely extremely nice! Thank you!

I will start by saying how happy I am with the customer service. They had to take extra time to help me on the original order, due to a manufacturing defect on size. They worked with very well to resolve the issue. I found another item I wanted to swap to. While any back and forth chat can take a while it felt honest and true. Made it feel worth while. Thanks again.

It’s not easy to find an online clothes retailer that isn't complete rubbish, and so you’re always taking a chance.
I bought a jacket and trousers and I am very surprised with how good the materials and quality are, the best I could have hoped for - careful with sizing though, definitely go with a slightly bigger size.
Delivery was good as well, considering they are delivered from the Czech Republic.

I got a coat and hood (sold separately) and they are beautiful. It's fantastic quality and so well made, it feels like it was fitted to me specifically.

I had a couple of issues with the packages arriving but that was on the delivery driver not dracula clothing themselves. One item arrived without the other so I contacted their customer service. They got back to me within 24 hours and hopped on to offer help and chase up the delivery driver if necessary. They also confirmed my suspicion that the two items were in separate boxes (I don't think this was specified in the delivery tracking). Nonetheless the driver delivered it the next day having realized they missed it the day before so all was resolved.

The items were safely and securely packaged and came in great condition. Really enjoyed my experience ordering from them despite everything and will order from them again on future.

Impossible to return if you change your mind which is against policy.

It says on the website to email them regarding sending it back which we did, as the package arrived later than was needed, however they replied late and then basically in the email said to resell it on eBay or Facebook and you will get 30% off next purchase. Option 2 if you want to send it back you need to pay for it yourself (which we knew), but also include order number, invoice ect. and that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost ect. Having said that I wouldn’t order from this company again as in UK I’m used to a more efficient service considering the prince of the good purchased.

Gorgeous clothes, make sure you follow their advice to get a size or two up especially if you are buying their old sizes as they are Victorian style, very snug, look amazing

I ordered a dress for my daughter for Xmas, she absolutely loves it, it’s great quality and it fits perfectly. Customer service is fantastic and delivery (I’m in the uk) was really quick. Will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future.

I made an order last week and i bought a few things (a corset and a dress), both arrived today and what can i say except GORGEUS! The size chart on the site is on point, the customer care is on point (Mel is so nice and kind), the products they sell are beautiful and the shipment is fast.
I'll absolutely order again from them!

I gave in and bought a coat, and it was the best decision I made!!
The quality, style, and care that went into this coat, I believe, is second to none.
It is amazing being able to order good quality, that you know will last. Also that is true to size, which is hard to find with alternative clothes.

I had ordered the wrong size, so emailed and organised how to proceed. I was so thrilled with the lady that helped me. She answered all my question, very quick response time, and just so lovely. I would absolutely recommend buying awesome alternative clothes and accessories from Dracula Clothing.

I love this site. The order arrived accurately and they were very kind. Excellent quality items. One of the best sites to buy gothic clothes. 

I ordered the Red Brocade Hood and the Red Pocket Winter Coat. I’ve only had them for a few hours and let me tell you, they are my favorite items in my wardrobe!

I ordered on a Sunday, and received my package the following Thursday. Which, for shipping from Czechia to the US, it was lightning fast.

Most importantly I feel that the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I got a notification that a shipping label was created and was super excited. Until I realized I ordered the wrong size coat by a few sizes. Needless to say, I was a bit devastated. I replied to my original order email with the desperate hope that my package wasn’t sent out yet. They got back to me within an hour, and were able to exchange the coat with my proper size.

I’d just like to say the team at Dracula clothing really gave me the best experience in every way, and now have a repeat customer :)
