Wayne responded to emails quickly and got the job done efficiently with short very short notice.

Called Linacre Locksmith at 9:30am and by 11:30am, my front door was sorted with a new locking mechanism. Super quick and professional! He explained what went wrong in simple terms and even gave me a heads-up about another door that might cause problems later on.

Really helpful, friendly and clearly knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend!

Came out on a Sat morning when I couldn't turn the key in my front door. He asked me first for e-mail photo, and gave an estimate, which was halved when he found out it just needed realigning and adjusting.
He was very thorough, not a great conversationalist, but honest and professional.

Very prompt response especially given it is a weekend. Clearly has considerable experience in this area. Sorted out an issue on a composite door that meant I was unable to lock it. Very quick to sort the issue out. Door also adjusted to make it even easier to close and lock. Very reasonably priced. Thank you

I had a composite front door that wouldn’t close without effort and just would not lock. Placed a call to Linacre Locksmiths, who arrived within the hour (on a Saturday!). No call out charge, very reasonable pricing and I now have a door that shuts and locks with ease! Great service, very happy to recommend.

I found to my surprise I was unable to insert the front door key from the inside to unlock this morning. It worked fine from outside! By use of texts Linacres guided me by my removing the cover and taking a phot. Linacres confirmed by removing metal cover the metal blockage was not part of lock. Using screwdriver I removed a micro magnet which had attached itself - the locks fine. I was impressed the firm made this effort to assist although commited to a busy schedule

Called up today to ask if they did a certain lock and was greeted with really rude attitude. Won’t be going here again!

Update;

Apparently this is a fake review which it isn’t. Called up at 3:47pm and enquired about getting an Ultion Lock installed which they even have a photo of on their website. Got told that they are rubbish and didn’t even recommend anything else and just very stand-off ish!

For a first time customer wanting to enquire about your services. It puts someone off when they don’t even have common curtesy

I cannot recommend thhis company more highly. Excellent service. Our old lock jammed and we were intitally locked out. Did get in eventually and contacted Linacre. Lock had to be ordered and two days later, on schedule, Wayne arrived to fit the lock. All done in an hour and at a very satisfactory price. If I had any problem with a lock in future I would go no further than Wayne. Will be recommended to anyone who I know who wants a locksmith.

Following recent move we called Wayne to service all the external door locks. Having used Linacre Locks before we knew we'd get first class service. We most certainly did and are again grateful for the timely, knowledgeable and efficient attention we received. Many thanks Wayne.

Recently moved into a new home and locked myself out late afternoon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend.. Linacre came out immediately and I was back into the property within thirty minutes. Superb outcome. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Arrived quickly and on time. Was professional throughout. Seemed a fair price for the work involved. Involved 2 jammed doors. One (obsolete) needed a new lock mechanism (which he had on hand) and the other just needed opening and adjustment to fix. Didn’t try to upsell and provided good suggestions for improvements.
