Informative series of Webinars covering all aspects of WTW LifeSight Master Trust. Phil Percival was particularly clear in the Q & A sections which followed each session.

Great online chat option to clear up any issues.
Got through to Amelia, who was great and replied instantly. Usually the agents deal with multiple chats which results in waiting for an answer.

It was great to have a session explaining how to use the online tools available for managing my pension. I feel better informed

Hayley P (senior pension administrator) is an absolute credit to the life sight team. She is professional, efficient and knowledgeable with a warm, friendly manner. She has made what could have been a very stressful situation manageable. Everything I asked she either had the answer immediately or went to find out and got back to me quickly. I never had to chase her for replies, she always came back to me promptly. I hope that going forward my dealings with other members of the team/app will be of the same high quality as they have been with Hayley.

Chat bot question was quickly transferred to the correct person who then directed to the correct process to follow.

Extremely difficult company to deal with. Rude and unprofessional. I have recently received 4 emails this month alone (not one from the last 15 years) with no account details. Asking me to log on and track my pension. Rather than put my details on I called confirmed name and national insurance number. They wanted me to confirm the address on the account?? Weird that they could not tell me who the pension was from or how long i'd had it. I explained that I have moved 5 times in 10 years so could be a number of addresses and I certainly wasn't giving them all my addresses. I explained all they had to do was confirm the 1st 2 numbers of the postcode and I would tell them every part of the rest. They would not budge. I have tried recalling my supposed account number and I am still waiting for the password reset email (AFTER 4 REQUESTS) Honestly awful company to deal with. Who appears out of nowhere and provides no assistance and is less than helpful. I cannot wait to shift my so called pension out of here. Even if I lose money I wouldn't care as I wouldn't trust them with a pack of crayons!!! Wait for the response..... We'll help you access your account just provide your details.... That's not happening. You've had 5 chances.. Cannot wait to transfer away from them

Very informative especially for ladies of a certain age. There is a lot of stats that I wasn’t aware of. Very helpful.

Really good and reassuring that I am thinking about the right things. Second half of the session (the more practical aspect of using LifeSight) was more relevant and interesting to me, but the first part was still valuable.

It was good basic information. I know quite a lot about penisons already so would be interested in more detailed guidance. For example at what age should women start planning retirement, what can women do to maximise their pension and different stages of life etc.

Easy and clear to follow

The Website and App both are simple and easy to use. I have been able to review my retirement age and look to the future to see what standard of living i would like. Lots of different funds accessible and good fund performance.

About a year ago I worked for Microsoft who made the decision to move pension to LifeSight (this was overwhelmingly unpopular amongst employees who only had to look at reviews on trustpilot to see how things would turn out). I now have a new job and pension and am trying to transfer out from Lifesight. They literally reply to no emails. My new provider (royal London, seem very efficient) first contacted them on 13/03/2026 and have followed up multiple times. Haven't heard back once in over 3 months!!! They have my pension and are not giving me access to it!!!

Read the google reviews which are truthful. The Lifesight website doesn't work, you wont be able to get your money out without a very difficult and long winded manual process which takes months. I'm NOT recommending this company for pensions.
