I would absolutely steer clear of this company. Their surveys are antiquated and crash all the time, so you spend 15 minutes doing one and then it crashes - and then they blame you for having a poor connection and then don't pay you. After 4 months of filling in surveys they blocked me for no reason, didn't bother to tell me, took all my accumulated rewards away and refused to tell me why - just said an internal review found I had done something wrong, but refused to tell me what. Do not waste your time.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
After a couple of successful £5 withdrawals (which require 675 LifePoints), things quickly went downhill.
I started receiving the same repetitive surveys over and over, constantly asking for the same information, such as my postcode and annual household income. At first, the estimated survey times were accurate, but then a "15-minute" survey would take around 40 minutes to complete, only for me to be timed out near the end. Instead of receiving the advertised 75 points, I was awarded just 2 points.
When I tried to cash out again, I was suddenly told I couldn't. After waiting over a week for customer support to respond, I was informed that my points had been voided because I had supposedly breached the terms and conditions. When I asked what I had done wrong, they refused to tell me, saying they couldn't disclose the reason and that I should simply read the terms and conditions. I was then informed that my account would be closed.
In my experience, the customer service was absolutely shocking. I spent hours completing surveys that were far longer than advertised, only to receive little or no reward, and I lost the 675 points I had legitimately earned. They wouldn't even allow me to donate the points through their own charity option.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this survey site.
Oh, and to the adviser on here saying we are so sorry...blah blah...Save you're breath! No reply will be read! But i can guarantee this reveiw will be shared far and wide!

I advise anyone who wants to try this platform to stay away from it; it is not what it used to be.
Save your time and effort, and avoid this site, otherwise you will face problems with your account later and you may be blocked at any time.

Initially I started receiving no surveys on my dashboard, so when I queried this I was finally told that my account has been suspended as I didn’t meet their “quality standards”. I always complete surveys to the best of my ability but I suspect, like many other people who have written reviews, that I started earning too many points for their liking.
I’ve since been trying to make contact for someone to review my account and the help centre ticket I have opening is being repeatedly set to “solved” despite no one having actually responded to me. This is downright rude, especially when I’ve had no explanation as to reasons why my account has been closed. I have unclaimed money in my account that I’ve spent many many hours building up and it’s just not ok for you to shut people’s accounts without reason.

Update to my review I wish I good give 0 stars.
After many emails going back and forth I still have no Idea why my account is suspended. all they keep saying is that I didn't meet their quality of terms and will not answer any more emails that this is final. Still no explanation on what I did because of privacy which make no sense or it's because I've earned to many points and that's the easiest way to close the account and not have to explain why.
WHAT A JOKE
I have been with LifePoints for over 3yrs and all of a sudden without any explanation they suspended my account the only thing I can think of why is that I have earned to many points. So beware if you earn to many points your account will be suspended without an explanation.

I come across these surveys from time to time on Branded Surveys. Very poorly designed. For a start, they all assume that I am employed and there is no way to indicate that I am retired. I rarely get past this without being rejected.

I was recently suspended from LifePoints unexpectedly, leaving me with a balance of unredeemable points. When I contacted customer service, they refused to give me a definitive reason for the suspension. This isn't my first issue with them; I’ve had ongoing problems with their site, and their customer service is consistently abysmal. Save your time and stay away—I highly recommend looking elsewhere

I am permanently suspended from taking surveys with this company whereby I lost the remaining points in my account. I can’t redeem them.
The email stated that they can’t tell me why because of “security reasons.” They advised me to read the terms and conditions if I am looking to find out why I was suspended.
I always answer questions honestly and don’t rush through surveys. I also follow provided instructions.
I have repeatedly been told that I started surveys while a previous survey was not finished. In all cases the reason was that I screened out of those surveys or that I got error messages, preventing me from continuing.
I feel that this is a dishonest company that has used me to get my opinion for free. If giving zero stars had been an option, I would have done that.

I received this message after I enquire about not receiving surveys for about a month. I was only able to get 2 cashouts. Must be the minimum before you receive a message like this. You disgusting crooks stole the last $26 I had. Sound like you're platform is in trouble. Hopefully you will be out of business soon along with the ever failing Qmee.

Still unable to easily access my account complete surveys, earn any points for about the last 3 months. In all the years I have been a member this is a disgrace and now every time i attempt to access each day I receive a regular message claiming I have made too many attempts. This feels totally unacceptable and in addition I have nearly ninety thousand points I can no longer access to treat myself to an Amazon gift card.

This site is an absolute scam. After trying 30 odd surveys I never gained entry to hardly any of them. And those I did, kicked me out at 90%. Don’t waste your time here, utter garbage, lying, cheating thieves. You should be ashamed.

This has to be the worst website company ever. After signing up, I have been waiting for 2 days for anyone to contact me so I can get some surveys. No response, no contact, no emails. no direction on what to do next. I guess I should learn to check out reviews first before signing on with anybody. Anyway, I cancelled out of them.

Life points pays real money through PayPal and their surveys are not too long. Thanks.

My account has been unfairly suspended following a review, with the explanation that my participation did not meet their “quality standards.”
I was informed that my membership has been terminated, I can no longer participate in the LifePoints Community, and all unused LifePoints (LP) have been forfeited, including any outstanding redemption orders.
Their full response was:
“Hello,
After a thorough review, I have confirmed your membership and/or participation did not meet our quality standards and your account has been suspended. As a result, you are no longer able to participate in our LifePoints Community and all unused LifePoints (LP) are forfeited and outstanding redemption orders have been cancelled.

I strongly dispute this decision. I have answered all surveys honestly, consistently, and in good faith, and I have not provided misleading or inaccurate responses at any point. Given this, there is no clear or justified reason for my account to have been banned.
I had accumulated over £10 worth of points through genuine participation, which have now been forfeited without any transparent or specific explanation. The refusal to clarify the grounds for suspension makes the decision feel arbitrary and unfair.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I had previously recommended the platform and even encouraged my husband to join, but I can no longer recommend a service that handles accounts and earned rewards in this manner.

I had an account with lifepoints for YEARS with no issues whatsoever. They decided to stop sending surveys. It had been over a year. I asked why. They then wiped everything from my account and suspended it without explanation.

This survey platform was good in the beginning but now I can't or somebody behind their platform screen won't let me make any more money with them anymore! For days now, back-to-back, every survey that I tried to finish with them was mid-stopped, and I was told, no correction, I was lied to, that I either wasn't a MATCH or Sorry the survey has Filled Up! I don't have time for their non-sense for they're not the only paying survey platforms online, and they're certainly not the highest paying one either. $1.00 for a 20-minutes survey, 0.75 for a 10-minute survey...This is just pocket spare changes, for I have seen a few other that pay way more than this and don't require you to spend all day on their site just to try and earn their threshold cash amount, which they also lied about for when I tried to cash out at $5.00 they wouldn't send me my money, but instead told me that I had to earn $5.75 before they can send me my earning. Also, if you make more than $5.75, but less than $10 or $20.00, they won't send you the exact amount of money that you earned like most other survey platforms does, instead you have to accept less and they keep the rest of your earning as balance earning remaining in your account. If you make $15.00 you won't get all of that amount from them in pay when you go to cash out for you have to earn $5.00 more for a total of $20.00 or you have to instead just cash-out in their $10.00 threshold and leave the rest of the $15.00 that they won't give you, leave on your account balance there. This is just their way of getting us to do more surveys and make them more money. I don't have time for their non-sense. LifePointspanel is not a good way to spend most of your time if you value your time and peace of mind.

I've been on this site for years and just today once I was ready to redeem they said my account is suspended due to a violation. But wont tell what the violation is. I find this unfair as I've been doing the surveys same as all these years now all of a sudden I did something wrong. But there is no transparency. And from what I've read this is common.

This used to be a really good survey site, where I could at least attempt most surveys, and I was usually qualified. Their practices of good payouts and excellent customer service have been maintained. That said, I now find that either a survey is closed (and shouldn't have been on my panel) or it's a work survey. I have repeatedly told them I never worked for a large company, and I have been retired for a couple of decades. They should not be offering these surveys. I have repeatedly told them, as I said, and nothing changes. Today, I was offered 25 work surveys I actually attempted. I spent two hours on the site, almost all of it wasted attempting surveys that were either closed or were work surveys. They need to fix this, and they're not doing it. As wonderful as their customer service is, they're not addressing and solving these problems. The experience has become highly stressful for me.
My reply to LifePoints' response: I have reached out to your help department more times than I can count, and there has been no change, no improvement. After awhile, doing the same thing and expecting results becomes insanity, which is why I wrote this review. Your customer service is very responsive and helpful, but the problems persist. You need to address the PROBLEMS, not tell me to keep doing what doesn't work.
