Helpful instructor Andrew Thomas who had a vast range of knowledge. He made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood the subjects he was teaching us.
I did find the coarse to be stressful but so is real life.

Very thorough course
Very thorough course, a lot of practical work involved which is better because you get more hands on expert. Trainer Andrew made me feel less nervous when doing presentations and doing practical assessments. A lot more information and practical than other than first aid course
