From the moment I walked in

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady with a beautiful smile. Polite, informative and knowledgeable. The nurses were amazing and professional. Cleanliness was very important to everyone! The nurses were kind, helpful and gentle! There were many people showing up early. The staff showed respect, patience and professionalism. Great job!

Screening Staff Not Friendly

The young lady I spoke with over the phone to book my appointment was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated how caring she seemed to be. However, the staff at the screening site were not so much. There was nobody at the sign-in table and no instruction sign on what to do upon arrival. So I stood there for quite a while before someone finally showed up and told me to just have a seat because they call the participants by their appointment times. I had arrived about five minutes prior to my appointment time and then sat in the waiting area for a long time. Finally I was called to the “sign-in” table where I confirmed my name and address and signed a screen on an iPad. The technicians who performed the screenings appeared to be experienced but were only minimally helpful/friendly. The wait time between screenings was very long. I have used LifeLine services for several years and I’ve never had to spend as much time just waiting as I did this last time (April 29th). I gave a score of 3 stars because the lady on the phone was so nice and caring and the facility (a church) was excellent. Otherwise, I would have given the experience only one star.

.appt running late .Appt at 2:15pm still didn't get in at…

..Appt at 2:15pm still didn't get in at 2:45pm...had to get back to work at 3pm .. after I asked why I hadn't gotten in yet. They said they were running late. Should let people know that. someone came and did blood draw for TSH and C protein..did my carotid Artery screening..Said you would be calling me about the test I didn't receive that day....I called life line have to reschedule no credit back...

This was 100% better experienced in then last one I had. Everybody was so professional kind and explained everything. The last one I had at one of the stations there was two ladies, and they were very rude.
