All staff were pleasant and explained procedures well before beginning. My only issue was that every few days I was told to go to a different location. When I called the “main” # which according to w... See more

The screeners were absolutely WONDERFUL! Explained everything as they progressed through the screening.
The only problem I found is that if it is going to be a longer wait time, you need to let the customers know. If anyone has a time limit, they may get irritated with the wait. Otherwise, the staff was fantastic!
Overall, it was okay. People were in a hurry. The second station was being run by Alicia who was the rudest nurse I’ve ever seen. She was impersonal and rude. I overheard the patient before me asking her if she was okay and she barked back “yeah, are you?” She made it terribly uncomfortable. Oh well
Seamless process
Kindhearted personnel
Knowledgeable technicians
I am a physician and recommend this screening as a cost effective preventive tool.
All those girls were amazing, very friendly and ready to work!
It took longer than I was told it was going to. Once I engaged one of the women in conversation, she was fine, but I didn’t find the people to be very friendly. Especially the guy that did the ultrasound. Not very personable. I’m not sure I would do it again.
I have been using Life Line Screening for a long time. Allways a pleasent expereince.
The onsite staff were great and friendly and got us started right on time; they get 5 stars! We have our results and are happy with the experience.
The call center though, zero stars. After never receiving a confirmation email, I called and the representative was very rude and condescending. I was told that since I have a Comcast.net email address that I would never receive emails because it goes right to spam. How would customers know that? She was also very bothered that I asked to confirm the time and location. I was worried going to the screening after this experience, but as mentioned all went well.
We were the last appts. of the day on a Friday. The staff was in a rush to pack up and leave. The receptionist was playing music on her speaker that was so loud it was difficult to hear anyone speaking.
The tests were performed with hardly any explanation of what they were testing for. The procedure could have been much more professional.
I am still waiting for my results!!! My husband got his results within a week, i am still waiting!! We had our screening at Community Life Church in Catskill, NY. My name is Dorothy Towne. Testing was April 29, 2026. Please advise!!!
Everyone was very nice and very nice and professional. They explained the procedures so we understood what to expect.
Easy in & out. Close parking. Completely accessible. Check-in was a breeze. All technicians pleasant & easy to understand.
All the staff is very professional and polite. My appointment was kept on time and moving through the stations is seamless.

The staff was all friendly and we were in and out in no time. Thanks to all the staff.
