Ich habe meine Leuchte im Januar in ihrem online-Shop gekauft, jetzt ist es fast Juli, ich habe immer noch nicht bekommen, und warte immer noch auf eine Antwort. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Drei defekte Lampen
Die Qualität der Lampe welche ich bestellt habe ist unfassbar schlecht! Mittlerweile hab ich schon das dritte Produkt zu Hause (wegen der Reklamationen) eine Lampe kam defekt an und zwei sind kaputt geworden! Ohne erkennbaren Grund ist bei Zwei Lampen das Kabel gerissen somit stürzten die Lampen auf unseren Esstisch! Somit haben wir jetzt zwei große Löcher in unseren Homztisch welche trotz bearbeitung des Tischlers immer noch zu sehen sind!
Die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen gestaltet sich als zeitintensiv! Auf Antworten warte ich bis zu zwei Wochen! Ich würde jeden dringend davon abraten bei dieser Firma Lampen zu bestellen.
